Okay hotel with normal amenities. Staff seems okay. Day staff good. Seems okay for family. Can consider for business trip too. Breakfast included are to be ate outside on local restaurant.

Rooms not upto mark. Just an ordinary hotel. So don't expect anything other than ordinary. Reception management seemed good though. I would recommend this for casual vistors only. Not recommended for family but still it's okay.

the hotel wasn't clean. I could see the Cocraches having a nice trip all over the bed. low maintenance by the management. The bedsheets aren't clean they smell very bad.

There was no genset. The current went around 3:00 am till 3:45 no one turned on the genset. The room landline also wasn’t working to inform the reception. The bed sheets weren’t washed properly and the room was left with 2 used towels and one brush in the bathroom. No images and not worried about the discount which is being offered also, please make sure the quality is maintained of the hotels, previously also i had booked all the rooms so far was good, this is the first time we had a bad experience. That’s the reason

Average ventilation. Bathroom was very average. Bed spreads & pillow cover should be changed after every guest check out

This is the second time i am staying here and i would say this hotel is one of the best budget friendly and standard hotel you can find in this gonikoppal area. Rooms are clean and neat. Hotel is really good and couple friendly. Yes this is the right place to stay in this area for budget friendly and good standard and quality.

Rooms condition was pathetic smells bad had to change 3 rooms due to bad washroom maintenance and door lock issues

First of all this not a hotel it's worst than a lodge. Dirty and smelly rooms. Bathroom was not cleaned. Can share pics. Used garments and soaps were lying there
