"Hotel staff very helpful nut cant resolve issues. First night i Arrived there was erractic internet& No hot water and no one came to inform or assist. The lift does not work but thankfully i am on the first floor. Next day a mechanic came to apologise and said there wont be hot water for whole day. The sink water is so little i cant brush my teeth. There are no face towels or bath mat. The shower curtain is so short and water splashed throughout bathroom . Owner should spend investment on basics vs the unutilsed grand restaurants & lobby."

"Gondar, Ethiopia is the oldest capital of Ethiopia. On Timket, the day of Epiphany, you must come to Gondar. Timket means baptism and is celebrated for the baptism of Jesus in the Jordan River. Gondal Hill Resort exceeded expectations and was a very nice setting. Lamb is a must for dinner, and it has no mutton smell. It's a little far from the city center, but it's very convenient to take a three-wheeled vehicle."
