Flower Hotel & Resort

Very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere in the hotel, helpful and pleasant staff at the reception, fine dining cuisine and really near to town Durres. Spa and swimming pool are so relaxing. Definitely will visit again whenever in Durres on business !

The room was quite nice, but don’t expect tea or coffee in your room. The staff aren’t over friendly and lack in basic hospitality standards. The waitresses at breakfast look as if they want to fight you rather than serve you, but maybe this is just their way and it’s all self service anyhow. There was no hotel entertainment, but we were only here from Monday to Friday. We had a meal in the stake restaurant and although the service was great, I was surprised at paying £50 for a bottle of wine. The steak on the menu was priced by the kilo, therefore you are guessing at the price. It’s quite a long walk along the seafront to find somewhere decent to eat. We went to the Flower beach bar, but each time it was closed. We were questioned for sometime at checkout if we’d paid for our stay and had to prove it with emails, while a rude receptionist dismissed us, eventually another lady confirmed our booking was paid for. All in all it was an experience, but we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Awful experience. I had food poisoning which I reported to reception. We were all inclusive and food was either cool or cold. No choice and very repetitive. I found the amount of areas that smoking is allowed overbearing. There was no escape from smokers. There were cigarette burns in the curtains in our room which smelt of cigarettes. I am also convinced there were bed bugs as we woke up covered in bites. We booked what we thought was a 5 star hotel. No way was it this rating. We even had to ask for a duvet as our bed only had a sheet on. Not a nice experience. Put me off travelling back to Albania anytime soon.

The reception as well as the waiters are all as kind as each other and ensure that your stay is wonderful Thanks to Geri and his friends for the service the rooms as well as the entire hotel are consistent with the photos and absolutely beautiful

Really good looking hotel, a service near to the perfection thanks to the waiters like geri and his co workers. If you are looking for a luxury holidays go in there. Thank you to the reception to for the welcome and everything ! ❤️❤️ the food were so good !
