Room and aesthetic is so nice! Selva and Nensi were lovely at check in. The restaurant brutal is a must try. Lovely stay and has evening you need

We were in the “Garden” building of the hotel. First we checked into room 109, which had problems with air conditioning - the whole room smelled like a restaurant kitchen. So, we had to change the room after dealing with extremely disrespectful receptionist, a girl with curly hair named Nensi. Nensi’s attitude was very rude, which seriously impacted our experience as guests. The condition of building was not up to standard. The air conditioning did not work well - no matter what temperature we set, we couldn't adjust it, it was controlled by the hotel. The fridge in the room was very slow and inefficient. The beach was small. Food was fine. I still remember the smell in room 109 and the unprofessional attitude of Nensi. So, given my experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and I will not be returning.

We had a fantastic 6 day stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the very beginning, the staff went out of their way to make us feel special and cared for in every possible way. At check-in, Nensi was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made sure we were accommodated ahead of time and even assisted us with our luggage. we were able to settle in early and make the most of our first day. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. This was such a lovely experience, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at Flower Hotel Golem! Everything was perfect — clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool and garden were beautiful, and the view was stunning. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the Flower Hotel in Golem and had originally booked for 5 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. The hotel was a big disappointment compared to what was advertised online. The photos are very misleading — the “garden hotel” is nowhere near a 5-star standard and is in poor condition, outdated, and not well maintained. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, and they did their best to assist us. They moved us to their other, more modern hotel, which was slightly better, and we were able to manage one night there. Unfortunately, we had already paid for 5 nights, so it was a frustrating experience overall. Be aware that this hotel is more like a 3-star, or maybe a low 4-star at best — definitely not a luxury stay.
