Hotel Gladiola

Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z widokiem na skarpę, w którym okropnie śmierdziało stęchlizną/ wilgocią. Przez cały pobyt wierzyliśmy i nie dało się pozbyć tego okropnego zapachu. Pokój nadawał się do remontu, okropnie brudna wykładzina i śmierdzące kotary, balkon nie był sprzątany, pełno pajęczyn. Zostaliśmy pogryzieni przez pluskwy. Na całym piętrze unosił się okropny zapach stęchlizny. Klatka schodowa również nie była sprzątana przez cały nasz pobyt. Pierwszy raz mieliśmy do czynienia z tak niestandardowym podejściem do formuły all inclusive. Obiady oraz kolację wyglądały jak w stołówce amerykańskiego collegu, klienci z talerzami poruszający się gęsiego w celu nałożenia posiłku z 3 może 4 garnków. W ciągu dnia nie było żadnych przekąsek. Drinki w barze ohydne, podawane w plastikowych małych kubeczkach. Tego obiektu nie można nazwać hotelem, jedynie obiektem kolonijnym. Większość gości to młodzież na obozach, która zachowuje się bardzo głośno, również w porach nocnych. Byliśmy w wielu obiektach, korzystaliśmy z ofert Tui i nigdy nie narzekaliśmy, ale pobyt w tym hotelu był po prostu okropny. Jesteśmy zaszokowani, że słynące z wysokiej jakości oferowanych usług biuro podróży ma w swojej ofercie taki obiekt i sprzedaje go klientom.

Dont belive them, internet is not for free, you have to Pay 7 lew per day, and its very slow. Many People are sick (ill) because of bad quality of water and food. Rooms are very old, with mushrooms on the wall. Air conditioner is propably also unclear. Never again !

Absolutely horrible experience!! Nothing worked, most things in the room were broken, they didn't listen to our complaints at the reception. There is a lot of noise and an awful lot of people in and around the hotel. We were supposed to have a sea view room but it was on the first floor so we could only see the roof of the reception and the trees. Unfortunately, teenagers from the Polish organization TOGO.TO were still with us in the hotel and they made noise from morning till night. Food boring and tasteless. At the bar, they put everything in plastic dishes, but there are no trash anywhere, so it's a mess everywhere. Never more!

The hotel sits in a favourable position, being close to the beach and the 'nightlife'. The lifts are questionable, as there are only 2 and one has a mind of its own. The rooms are large, spacious but are extremely dated. Could definitely do with some money being spent on them. We were all inclusive and to be honest, it was only just about worth it. The breakfast was definitely the best meal of the day, lunch and evening meal were extremely debatable. Queues to get food were ridiculous, the only thing worth eating at lunch and evening meal was the salad. Very limited drink selection, very small pool and nowhere near enough outside space for the size of the hotel. Not a very family friendly place, way too many teenagers. Some of the staff were miserable and could barely muster a smile. Personally I wouldn't return here even if it was free!

Absolutely disgusting embarrassed to say where I stayed, Bulgaria is a beautiful country but this hotel is filthy the food is disgusting and the service is terrible Never ever again! Avoid at all costs Needs to be shut down environmental health would have a field day here! My 6yo grandson found medication on the floor of our room (thank god he gave it to me) my children haven’t ate at the restaurant since arriving here as the food is just not acceptable we are paying to eat out every day after paying an all inclusive price for this place, Rooms are mouldy, We have been told we would be fined if we push anyone in the pool (which we haven’t used) but the staff do it to each other on a regular, No food or drink in rooms yet a fridge is there for you to use for what? Your shoes! :( Worst hotel I ever stayed in and staff not keen on our family cos we let them know…. If your going to Bulgaria stay well away from hotel gladiola 3 star it doesn’t even deserve half a star! DISGRACEFUL

Hotel ogóle ok. Obsługa mila. W części 4* pokoje duże, sprzątane codziennie ( ale mało dokładnie a balkony to już co dwa dni ). Ręczniki codziennie wymienianie. Te 4 gwiazdki to bardzo naciągane . Z jednej strony plus za lokalizację , bo blisko do plaży , z drugiej zaś hotel jest położony w najgłośniejszej części ZP. Jedna wielka impreza. Nie wyspałam się ani razu, nawet zatyczki nie pomagały ... Dużo głośnych Niemców , w nocy łapali za klamki od drzwi . Dużo młodzieży, szczególnie kolonii. my byliśmy od końca sierpnia, więc po malu wyjeżdżali, wtedy robił się spokój w hotelu. Basen nawet spoko , ratownik czepia się wszystkiego ( pozwalał tylko na materac i koło do pływania ). Nie trzeba wstawać o 6 i rezerwować leżaka. Bar na basenie ok, drinki dobre , barmani fajni. Spory minus za jedzenie . Monotonne i bez smaku. To co zostaje ze śniadania , będzie wykorzystywane cały dzień . Przekąski tylko dla all inclusive, ale codziennie tylko ciastka i lody. Dobrze, że były świeże warzywa i owoce bo człowiek nie miałby co jeść . Do każdego posiłku ciasta, całkiem dobre. Jeśli nie masz dużych wymagań co do hotelu , nie przeszkadza ci że jest głośno ( bardzo) to hotel jest dla ciebie.
