Niestety ten pobyt w tym hotelu musimy ocenić na Nie POLECAM. Odór z łazienki który się wydobywał przenikał cały pokój wraz z ubraniami. Po zgłoszeniu problemu trzykrotnie niestey nikt niepofatygował sie aby coś z tym zrobić i pozbyć się kłopotu. Korytarze jak i lobby nie klimatyzowane co skutkuje tym że nieda się tam wysiedzieć a niestety mając check in o godzinie 12:00 a bedąc wcześniej jeśmy zmuszeni do przebywania w "szklarni". Jedzenie bardzo, bardzo przeciętne i monotonne, po pierwszych dwuchdniach wiadomo było jakie bedzie menu na kolejny dzień.Co do animacji to wręcz tragedia, przy basenie przez 2 minuty animatorki zatańczyły same w rytm muzyki i to była cała animacja. Personel, poza Paniami z service room zachowuja się jakby tam pracowały za kare. Ogrom towarzyszy z rosji którzy zachowują się jakby to była ich własność. jednym słowem zmarnowany i stracony tydzień urlopu.

Nie polecam: -Smród z łazienki taki,że drzwi balkonowe musiały być otwarte 24/h -Brudne firanki a zasłonki całe zakurzone -Powierzchowne sprzątanie pokoi,wystająca pajęczyna zza szafy -Nie działający telewizor -Brak kontaktu w łazience -Kabina przysznicowa bez drzwi,podczas kąpieli cała łazienka zalana wodą -Niesprzatane otoczenie wspólne -Śmieci dookoła leżaków na basenie -Brak podgrzewanej wody,zarówno w basenie zewnętrznym jak I wewnętrznym -Dzień w dzień na śniadanie obiad i kolację dokładnie to samo i jedzenie bardzo ociekające olejem -W ostatni dzień kolacja wyglądała jakby zebrane zostały wszystkie resztki z całego tygodnia Na plus: -Blisko do plaży -Bar z drinkami,napojami,kawą i herbatą czynny od 10 do 23 -Wymiana ręczników+umycie podłogi w razie potrzeb

The hotel îs great. My favorite thing was the animation team. Ivo was an amazing and very entertaning animator. Kali and Presi were both very polite and always talked țo uș with a smile on thier faces. The food was good too. The bartenders made the best cocktails. Aleks, Sasho and Denis were the best on making the cocktails.

Spacious rooms that get cleaned daily with stunning sea view, especially on higher up floors, nice pools, close to the beach, multiple shops less than 2 minutes away, delicious food with a lot of options to choose from, kind and engaged staff, a truly pleasant place for your next vacation, I reccomend it wholeheartedly!

If you don't have to, don't go there. Short info, after 7 days: - beds aren't beds, just wooden plank with mattress - extreamly low quality of food, you can meet raw chicken or fish, weggies tastes like a paperboard - employes always offended, don't know english, don't smile. Often don't event answer aferter thanks from you - air condition works only in rooms, lobby and dining room like a sauna

Отель в ужасном состоянии, очень грязно, номера устарели , сантехника течет, интернета нет, везде плесень, кондиционеры в холле и главном ресторане не работают. Персонал хамит, орет на детей, выход к пляжу 46 ступенек, ( об этом никто ничего не пишет) все в мусоре… мини бар пустой, все платное.. Кухня оставляет желать лучшего, однообразная еда, все каждый день одинаково. Посуда не моется, и она из пластмассы!!!!Територия очень сильно замусорена, не убирается..

Hotel super. Bardzo polecam! Wszystko bylo dobrze zorganizowane. Pokoje wygodne i codziennie sprzątane. Miły i pomocy personel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Lokalizacja 30 m od hotelowej plaży. Obsługa pomocna, jedzenie urozmaicone, zawsze smacznie i świeżo. Z tego miejsca serdecznie pozdrawiamy Alex i Stefi oraz resztę ekipy. Polecamy pokoje z widokiem na morze. Chętnie wrócimy ponownie! 😀😀😀

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was very polite and understanding. The food at the restaurant was great. Very varied and just as tasty. The desserts were also very varied and delicious. I also liked the place where the hotel is located. He is literally on the front line. Only the promenade is crossed and you are on the sand. The pool is not Olympic in size, but I think it is enough. The water in it is clean and pleasant.
