Отличная обстановка в отеле. Атмосфера, сервиз какбудто 5 звезд. Внутренний бассейн с минералной воды горячий. Прекрасное место для семейното отдыха. Еда разнообразна и вкусная. Гост певец в пятницу сделал отличное шоу. Анимация для каждого - взрослый или детя

I was there in the end of August travel from Cyprus to Golden Sands. Hotel location is very-very good. Its only 5 min by foot from Restaurants, bars and clubs. The only problem i saw at Alegra is the staff which they are not so friendly as they has to be. Very good Spa center...!!! Another bad things is the old towel and the bad contintion of the plate you use at restaurant. Take care everybody....if you want to change you the towel you have to through it down, unless you will use it all days and nights you stay there.

За Путевки заплатили почти 6000$, но прячущийся главный менеджер МАРИЭЛЛА КОСТОВА не только всегда занята и не выходит к гостям отеля для решения проблем, а ещё и передала через администратора, что переселить нас могут либо через неделю, либо за ДОПЛАТУ В 20€ В ДЕНЬ !!!!!!!!!! Владельцам отеля не мешало бы пересмотреть соответствие госпожи МАРИЭЛЛЫ КОСТОВА и её помощников занимаемым позициям и должностям!

Началось все с заселения...приехали мы с маленьким ребенком 5 мес...нас заселили в номер, ужасный запах (затхлый)в итоге на стене мы обнаружили плесень и грибок.... 611 номер! Сначала мы обратились к гиду при отеле Ирине Быковской она сказала нам (а чего вы хотите это же отель..)тогда мы обратились к администратору он нам сказал что намеров свободных нет...в итоге через менеджера гостиницы нас сразу переселили.Еда ужасная за две недели прибывания курица, свинина и селедка жареная, фрукты все зеленые, детского стола нет, хотя есть пару кусочков пиццы, печенки и картофельные шарики фри (это разве детский стол?)детичес кого питания нет, первые блюда суп пакетикованый 2 недели был один со свениной!!скатерти грязные...если хотите попить чаю то кипятка вы не найдете только теплая водичка...а если есть кипяток то одну две кружки налево и все...при нас отравились 2 человека и еще мой муж. Яйца омлет не дожаривают в нем скорлупки....питание на еденицу. Пляж отдельная история...много где побывали но болгария поразила...если вы любите поплавать в волнах небольших то тут вам спасатели( малебу)вам не дадут, выгоняют из воды, за две недели искупались 4 раза..все везде платно все пляжи зонтик, лежак и матрасик на него обойдутся вам в 22 лева или 600 руб..а там где без лежаков негде упасть и все забито. Нас еще сегодня удивила наша горничная. ..у нас немного покакал ребенок на простынь мы застернули, но остались желтые следы, сложили чтоб нам поменяли...в итоге приходим после завтрака, а у нас в раковине лежит уголок этой грязной простыни с намеком стирайте сами. И ЭТО 4 ЗВЕЗДЫ!!!!!и по лестницам ползают тараканы!

Ok points: the drinks at the bar were ok, but you have to pay after 2 pm, the food is quite diverse, you couldn't complain that you didn't have anything to eat (fish, chicken, pork at every meal). but rede... they don't have hot food for exposure, or at least it doesn't work. Not enough plates. Reception desk - only Bulgarian language, the ladies from reception desk are laughing when you complain about something. Very weak point: the cleanliness in the hotel room, the maid did not enter the room on any day, neither for garbage, nor for towels. To be vacuumed, never, dusty and stained carpet. Full of dust and spider webs. All in all- we felt during holiday like in a abandoned castle by Agatha Christie.Check in was quite difficult, after 2 pm, the pool bar was for a fee, those with all inclusive had to go up a floor, in the room next to the window you put your hand out... that's where the wind comes in... The pool is not heated, that's a lie. Distance from the hotel to the beach approx. 1 km, there was a train but not enough, and you can't travel with children in your arms standing up All in all, we will never return to this hotel!

Excellent for the discount price, did not use spa so can't comment on that. Responding to previous reviews: Regular shuttles to the beach every 30 mins but its only a 10 min walk if you dont mind the incline and a few steps. Three sets of ladders into the pool, a kids pool to the side. Plenty of room. Fresh fruit and snacks, as well as ice cream, are available 8am-10pm. Now for my personal: The bar shuts at 10pm. A bit early for my tastes, but fine if you're a daytime drinker I suppose. The typical German tourist is the most common. Nothing personal, and as friends they are great. But the standard towels put out by 7pm the previous night is laughably their thing. And that happened this evening while I was still enjoying a full mixed grill for dinner. There are plenty of sun loungers, which makes it funnier. Choice of shade under the trees or sunny loungers, with a 2:1 ratio of loungers to parasols. The trees smell great (its July). Only two tables though for poolside, I'm considering putting a towel on one for tomorrow (hehe). Animation staff are fantastic. It's early season, but Toni was very spirited despite only a few of us joining in with her activities. Kids club is exactly how I remember it on Thomas Cook as a kid, same songs, foot tapping... it doesn't last long if you can't remember or don't like the energy, but if you've got kids or are a big kid who remembers it fondly, it's useful. The staff then take music requests from anyone nearby to keep the music going until 10. Had completely raw chicken one dinner. Don't despair, honest mistake and the wait staff couldn't apologise enough. Chef didn't seem bothered: that's worrying. But the rest of the food has been a good selection of meats and veg most meals. The staff keep turning the toaster off in the morning, so you have actually have to press the button yourself. Seems petty, but I find that unusual, there's always a toaster on in the corner of the breakfast room everywhere I've ever stayed. I'd continue this review, but the mini disco just started and I came second in the shuffleboard contest so I'm off to chat with the animation staff, who absolutely make this place somewhere worth returning to (I'm a big kid who is competitive, I join the games and play to win).
