You get a third story view, but only have to climb one flight of stairs! We also recommend this level if you would like the quietest rooms because you are at the very top! No one is above you! Our parking lot level (2nd floor) provides easy access to the room since you park right in front of the room. No stairs! You get a great second story ocean view and can see the ocean surf breaking! It provides easy access to the lobby, indoor pool hot tub, convention center, and business center. Our lower level (1st Floor) is 16 Stairs DOWN from the parking lot level. You can see the ocean go out to the horizon Oregons natural dunes. Please note: you can NOT see the sand/beach or the ocean surf breaking.
