Pathetic experience over all, while non ac rooms are easily available they are charging double and sometimes trippel. Several taps in washrooms were leaking. Hotel is situated on second floor and a tiny passage to reach there, no lift services.

Very close to gokarna mahabaleshwar temple. Besides ganpati temple, rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean.

Room was clean and supporting staff. 24/7 hot water which was good. This is very close to the main temple, just a walkable distance. Overall it was a good experience.

Though room was smallest, all the facilities were available such as, hot water, wash basin, etc, but mosquitoes troubled lot due to non availability of repellant with the room boy. There's no way out for mosquitoes due to congested accommodation. For ac room boy asked rs. 800- extra apartment from room rent of rs. 2, 155. 50 for 24 hours. But i stayed for 12 hours then proceeded to goa.

Considering the size of the town, this is a good place to stay. Room and washroom was clean. The best thing they provide free ro water for guests.
