Sanskruti Quality Resort

Recently in the month of January 2025 I visited to Gokarna and stayed in this resort, it took more than 2hrs to finalised the rooms, none of the room was good at all and finally we got two cottages for me and my family. Trust me, worst ever resort experienced in my life, literally dogs were found roaming inside the resort premises, even we saw one of the dog entered in a cottage, got something and started eating near pool side area, I got that vedio recorded. I would personally suggest never opt for this resort, worst services and staff - No Integrity. No maintenance - no proper water supply in washrooms, waited for 2-3hrs to freshen-up early morning and taking shower, even their genset was not working and food though it is quite subjective "No words" tasteless . If you pay advance full payment for stay, it would leave you in lurch, once they receive money they don't give heed at all to customers complains

The worst resort I have ever visited . Bugs on beds . Bedsheets and Towels are so dirty. Towels given to me were tired badly. I don’t even use them to mop my floor. No cleanliness. Staff don’t even care for your requests. It deserves ZERO rating. But I don’t have an option to choose ZERO. Avoid staying here if you can.

First of all, the Rooms, bathrooms are not clean. Rooms need to be refurbished. Definitely not worth the Rs 6000/ that was charged. In fact walk in customers were offered similar room at half the price.

Gave you a feeling of it being not clean. The bathroom had such a strong smell of mold that we couldn’t use it. We didn’t want to use towels because we weren’t sure how clean they were. Glad we planned to stay just one night (although it was one night too many.) Food was mediocre. The staff seemed friendly.But the propert itself was in a very bad state and requires major overhauling. You could see wires hanging, no bulbs in lights, etc.

Spent a couple of nights last month in this property. The property looks good from outside with spacious reception, dining, cottages all around a swimming pool. While the room was decent, the washroom was not well maintained with exhaust fan not working, the electrical switches not fitted properly, hot water not available etc. It was a bit disappointing. The option for food was limited although quality and taste was good. May be we visited in an "off season" and hence our choice was limited. They have a SPA and I enjoyed a session in the spa with a very well trained therapist.

Will not recommend this property if you are keen on clean bedsheets and without holes. Though we requested them to change the bed sheet, it was still the same.W eq found the rooms damped and smelly. There were few mosquitoes around in the room. No hot water in the cottage where we stayed. Imagine in the rains with the water cold and no access to hot water. The breakfast was below average with no choice. Out of The 2 pools shown, one was with Algae, maybe this was the cause of mosquitoes. The Filter to the pool was not working. The rooms need maintenance very badly. In terms of location: it's well located. Management: this property is not well kept. Sadly, in spite of so many true negative reviews, the management is sleeping over it. Pricing: This is the only property which had a pricing of 3500 per night in the area. Others were around 6000/- We had arrived late in the evening and we're tired to find out more hotels. So we zeroed on this property. I
