Hotel Sułkowski Conference Resort

We arrived at the hotel on Saturday. There was a wedding in the restaurant and a party of conference participants directly under the windows. Music, chants and screams. We didn't sleep until 3 am. On Sunday it was OK, on ​​Monday night another conference team celebrated again until the middle of the night. Another sleepless night. And that's not the worst of it. Leaving on Wednesday, I asked to speak to the hotel manager, pointing to the inappropriateness of tolerating disturbance of night-time by a group of guests as part of an event organized by the hotel. The lady with a mocking smile, unrepentantly said that I should have expected it, because the hotel organizes seminars, conferences and weddings.. I would like to add that we, non-wedding guests and non-seminarians, left over PLN 10,000 at the hotel. Additionally, the elevator was closed due to a failure since July. Never more again!

Hotel and restaurant staff were polite and friendly but not really professional. Hotel has 4 levels and lift was broken when we arrived. No one was there to fix it during 3 days of our stay. It meant to be family friendly holiday and all parents were dragging the prams and baggies up and down the stairs - absolutely unacceptable with baby less then 6 month!!! Stairs to the beach had disabled/pram access but so steep that our little one nearly fallen off the baggy. Reception seems to be treating it as ‘not a problem’ at all. No one even apologised that lift was not fixed after 3 days. We had to pay full price for room and facilities like swimming pool, sauna, baby play room, bar that we couldn’t really use as it was impossible to drag up and down to basement level baby and pram. Breakfast in restaurant were lovely with really good choices of cold and hot meals. But don’t use restaurant La Perla to grab a dinner or other meal. We were waiting an hour for simple fish and chips and for a dessert another hour. There was hardly any guests in, lots of staff on the shift - just all so slow. Fish was ok but chocolate pudding was rock hard, microwaved - discussing!!! Better go to one of the caffe-restaurant down the road as this place is not worth of the money. Overall good location but hotel service and restaurant - still lots of room for improvement!!!

Nie polecam wizyty na prywatnej plaży tego obiektu. Brak toalet, brak śmietników. Obsługa pobierająca opłatę wprowadza w błąd mówiąc o bezpłatnych leżakach oraz dmuchanych zamkach co później okazuje się kłamstwem. Pani kierownik miła niestety bezradna. Duży plus dmuchana platforma na wodzie i tam bardzo miła obsługa.

Naprawdę szczerze polecam ten hotel. Świetne położenie z prywatną, piaszczystą plażą. Smaczne śniadania, bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Do tego bar przy plaży. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona sala fitness, basen, sauny. Jest tu wszystko czego trzeba do udanego wypoczynku.
