Kolejny raz nie zawiedliśmy się. Bardzo lubimy tu wracać. Pyszne śniadanko. Cudowna strefa SPA. Bardzo kameralnie, bardzo czysto. Wygodny materac. Widzimy się niedługo. :))

Really liked this hotell Really worth your money. Excellent service, friendly front desk. Delicious breakfast, lots of fruits, tasty coffee etc.

Hotel is outside the city. Good price for this standard. Good breakfast, nice relaxation area with two saunas. Free parking in front of the hotel. Nice service. Poor internet. I have nothing to complain about. When i want to go to Lublin i choose Hotel Premium. I recommend.

Yes yes yes! 5* I will definitely recommend it! The staff were excellent and it was so nice how Tetiana from reception got the spa open early for me to use before departure and after a 4 night stay she allowed me to check out at 13.30 instead of 12 which I was so happy about. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff speak good English which is important. The breakfast was delicious ai enjoyed salmon paste, pate, blue cheese and eggs with different fillings. The scrambled eggs were done how I like them. The spa was really enjoyable and is included but unfortunately there is no fitness room/ gym at this hotel. The location was peaceful around 10-12 mins drive from Lublin in the countryside. Nice view of the countryside from my room! If you have a car then it’s great cos you can park at their car park for free and drive to the city. The hotel bar is nice and it’s open until 10 daily , they serve nice beer like Carlsberg at a very reasonable price and the staff also speak English at the bar. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and I will be back again soon. The only negative was that the safe was faulty in the room which caused an inconvenience, maybe they should include more options on the food menu at the hotel bar/ restaurant because there were not many options

I stayed in the hotel on my way to ukraine. The check-In was friendly and fast, the room clean and nice. It's including air condition. The Restaurant is good too, the menu could be with a greater choice, but the quality and Price there are good too. The Breakfast Buffet has a wide range of variations and is tasty. So, if you are looking for a nice hotel near lublin - this one is the right choice.

This is a nice place. Restaurant closes a little early and property is far from food places, be prepared. Breakfast here was good, a lot of choices and a big area for eating. Overall a good price and tidy room.

Niestety obiekt ten z pewnoscia nie jest hotelem 4*. Byl to najgorszy hotel w jakim bylam w zyciu. Przezylismy przez dwie noce stres, brak snu, jak i czyjas impreze. Nieporozumienie, ktore zechciano nam zrekomensowac voucherem, ale na jedna noc i wazny jedynie to do konca roku. Hotel zupelnie nie dla par pragnacych zaznac spokoju i udajacych sie na romantyczny weekend. Ponadto: - restauracja 3/5 (policzki przesolone, a ryz z warzywami byl z gotowej mrozonki, nie zawieral rowniez szafranu, ktory byl wskazany w menu), - brak recznikow w spa (w piatek uslyszelismy od obslugi ze mamy wziac swoje z pokoju, bo hotel nie dysponuje wystarczajaca iloscia), - brak szlafrokow w pokoju i spa, - brak plynu do rak czy ciala w meskiej przebieralni na spa przez dwa dni (generalnie nikt nie kontroluje i nie sprawuje aktywnej opieki w strefie spa), - brak codzinnego sprzatania pokoju (szklanki z baru z piatku mielismy do niedzieli, nieposcielone lozka, pod lozkiem byla prezerwatywa), - glosna Impreza do 4:30 nad ranem z perkusista i basem (nie spalismy cala noc), - sciany ani okna nie sa dzwiekoszczelne, slychac tez wszystko z korytarza i przylegajacych pokoi, - brak lodowki czy minibaru w pokoju, - w pokoju kubki z papieru, w lazience z plastiku, - brak balsamu do ciala, - w spa dzieci rzucajace butelkami, nurkujace w jacuzzi, - zimna woda w jacuzzi. Cudowny hotel, pokoje czyste a lozko super wygodne. Przyjechalismy na slub naszych przyjaciol i przyznam szczerze ze bylam w wielu hotelach ale tak pieknej sali i jeszcze nie widzialam (ten sufit!!!). Jednak powodem na ktory zdecydowalam sie napisac ten komentarz jest niesamowita ekipa z recepcji. Jesli czegos potrzebujesz to dla nich nie problem - zalatwia wszystko w ekspresowym tempie a dodatkowo sa niesamowicie mili. Poduszka nie ma problemu - telefon odebrala Karolina w doslownie kilka sekund, drink wieczorem mimo ze bar zamkniety - nie ma problemu zalatwimy to dla Ciebie! Przyjechalismy wieczorem troszke zmeczeni po 2 lotach i podrozy do Lublina ( swietny dojazd z lotniska Chopina z Warszawy - wlasciwie prosta droga) i zostalismy milo przywitani przez Karoline - dziekujemy ! Maciek ktory niedawno zaczal prace - super pomocny - wszystko czego potrzebowalam dla Pani mlodej zalatwil rowniez w ekspresowym tempie z usmiechem na twarzy - dzieki za nozyczki :) no i na koniec Olga ktora starala sie zeby wszystko w tym dniu poszlo gladko i bez problemu - zero stresu dla Pani mlodej - cudowny ludzie dziekujemy Wam i pozdrawiamy.
