As in the majority of hotels worldwide, our policy is to request a credit card security deposit that is not a payment and only guarantees that there are funds available to pay for any charges incurred, this amount is usually 'blocked' on an account but not actually debited. The pre-authorisation is usually removed between 5 - 10 working days afterwards depending on your bank.
