Prior to your feedback, we have not received any complaints regarding dirty plates or utensils.However, the management and the team have also addressed the way in which the situation was handled. They mentioned that while your frustration was understandable, there was concern about the way you addressed the team, particularly when you yelled and swore at staff members, using offensive language, including the F-word. When the team attempted to calmly speak with you and ask for mutual respect, it was reported that you responded by saying, “This is Australia, and as a guest, you can use such language.”At our hotel, we believe in creating a respectful environment for both our guests and staff.
