Room is clean with good shower. Location is very near Buchanan station which is very convenient to travel outside Glasgow.Breakfast is ok, no variation for the whole week during our stay.

If you're travelling by bus, this is the best location! We flew into Glasgow Airport and caught the Airport Express to Buchanan Bus Station. From there the Premier Inn was a stone's throw away. Literally a two minute walk away. It's right beside Cineworld, it's a couple of hundred yards away from Buchanan Galleries shopping centre, the National Concert Hall and lots more. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. They are sightly narrower than other Premier Inn rooms, but this wasn't a problem. The shower was easy to use. We had the continental breakfast both days and this was ample to set us up for the day!

Had as usual a lovely stay, had issue with heating but brought us up 2 heaters to our room. Breakfast was lovely, staff amazing and big shout out to Mary Been coming to this hotel since it opened, go maybe 6-8times a year. Always go on my birthday near xmas in December as we go and see a show. Amazing hotel any time of year

Overall terrible hotel with zero customer service. The wheelchair lift required to enter the building failed halfway up. I pressed the alarm expecting to be put through to reception but instead was connected to an external call centre asking questions about location. I stated the name of the hotel and its location but they wanted a postcode and other info which I clearly would not have to hand. Fortunately a member of the public noticed my predicament and went to get a member of staff who eventually turned up and managed to get the lift released. However there was a distinct lack of concern for my welfare despite my obvious distress at being trapped for so long. After a convoluted “self check in” process clearly aimed at the hotels rather than my convenience, I got to my accessible room and found the heating only pumped out cold air and was absolutely freezing. I reported this to staff but received the same disinterest and no one came to resolve. Overall, I’d think twice before using Premier Inn again.

Excellent as ever. BUT why is there no quick checkout key drop off at entrance? Husband has to go to 2nd floor while I take case on lift to ground floor. That's the only complaint...great sleep both nights thanks. Nothing more to say.........
