特別特別喜歡 很親切友好 就在火車站旁邊三分鐘可以進站 下雨也不怕 乾淨整潔 還有（非常甜的）甜點吃 早上起來喝咖啡很幸福 續了兩晚

Friendly staff who were always helpful. On our arrival, we were given delicious cakes and cupcakes, which we ate in the lounge and a variety of tasty ice creams. These complimentary treats were available every day for the hotel guests, which was a lovely treat, especially after returning from a day of sightseeing. The room was ok, average size. The bed was comfortable for 2. We were given clean, fluffy towels every day, but the room could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much cupboard space to put our belongings. Sometimes it was a bit noisy from outside, traffic, loud people and police cars. The location was the best part. It was very close to the train station, the main shopping centre, restaurants, subway station and the information centre.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Excellent , helpful and friendly staff. Lovely room with no noise whatsoever from the station. Lounge with tea, coffee and beverages available all day. Homemade cakes and icecream free to help yourself. Lovely filling breakfast , cereals, juices, toast,pastries and bacon, sausage, beans, tomato and scrambled or boiled eggs. All freshly cooked and good quality. Overall no complaints . Will return.

Hotel non semplice da trovare, al sesto piano di un vecchio palazzo e con insegna non troppo visibile. L’hotel, per chi arriva in macchina, è convenzionato con un parcheggio a 5 min a piedi (circa 18£ per 24 ore con la convenzione), bisogna chiamare l’hotel prima dell’arrivo e farsi inviare il codice, per poi prenotare online il parcheggio usufruendo dello sconto. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la nostra camera non aveva la chiave…..quindi l’abbiamo trovata con la porta aperta e, se avessimo voluto uscire non so come avremmo fatto a rientrare (fortunatamente avevamo solo una notte e siamo rientrati alla sera dopo cena, quindi non abbiamo avuto bisogno di uscire nuovamente). La camera pulita, il bagno piuttosto piccolo. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma abbiamo notato torte all’ingresso sempre a disposizione. Posizione comoda, anche se non molto felice come zona. Onestamente non so se tornerei

I had a single room booked without breakfast for $149. It was extremely small and uncomfortable. The furniture was cheap particle board and plastic. The mattress and pillows were thin, there were no amenities like a refrigerator, toiletries, bath mat, no coffee on the tray just tea bags with sugar no milk. No place to store your suitcase. No luggage rack available. No shelf or ledge in the bathroom to place anything. One small light shining down on the top of your head in the bathroom, making putting on make up an adventure. You get the picture. Thrilled I was staying only one night. The location isn't the best unless you need to be close to central station. The hotel website claims this is a luxury property. Nothing remotely luxurious about it. There are far better choices to stay in Glasgow than this place.

Wonderfully friendly and handy location in central Glasgow, overlooking the glass roof of Central Station (the largest such roof in Europe, they say). I found it very quiet. Cakes and ice cream available for free. If you book through their website, breakfast is included and I am sure is very good. By mistake I booked through another provider and so faced a charge of £11 for breakfast. I declined that and survived with Greggs and Sainsbury's nearby.
