Holiday Inn Express Glasgow - City Ctr Riverside arvostelua

Tein varauksen noin kaksi viikkoa etukäteen ja pyysin (1) hiljaista huonetta ylemmästä kerroksesta ja (2) uloskirjautumista klo 14 IHG-jäsenenä (tämä on vakiona Holiday Inn Expressissä Isossa-Britanniassa). Saapuessa kumpaakaan pyyntöä ei huomioitu, eikä henkilökunta tehnyt lisäponnisteluja niiden täyttämiseksi. Sijainti on hyvä. Aamiainen oli hyväksyttävä, mutta ei hyvä.

Convenience, clean, good services from the staff and nice breakfast …

Great value, especially for the centre of Glasgow. Only had breakfast there, which had a great choice of hot and cold food. Went for a really nice Thai meal at Thai Orchid - highly recommended 👌

It was a nice hotel with a lovely staff. Free breakfast is not great but it is okay. Location is great!

We were allocated a double room but were offered a family room when they learnt that we were a family of three (including a kid), for no extra cost. We declined that offer. The room was slightly small, TV operated with a lag and searching for popular channels was a pain. The AC unit was old and not noiseless. The washroom was clean and equipped. Wished that the water from shower was hotter than offered. Breakfast was identical everyday, making it the most boring part of our stay. The property is tucked in one corner of the area and there is not much around in a 100 meter radius unless one is interested to view a slush-filled river.

The hotel does not have parking lot but they give discounted price for ncp parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a lovely view. The amenities, including the and breakfast buffet, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Not sure why I chose to stay here. Its in a very rundown part of the city centre. Reception staff were great, but the staff who look after breakfast definitely need some some hygiene training - would avoid this.

It's quite conveniently located within walkable distances from the city centre. The room is decent and clean. Members of staff are generally nice. Breakfast is included in the price so it's good value. Do not expect amazing views, rooms, or food. I would say, however, that it is a satisfactory experience for what I paid.
