The environment was not tidy and room smell of smoke from cigarette. Spent so much money for nothing

Superb location but have to park car at roadside. For the price you pay, don’t expect too much for it.

Great service and the rooms have a great view of the city from top floors.

I did not like the hotel location. Very spoiled location due to broken glass on pavings, people loitering and smoking substances. Reception - ok. My key card did not work on first attempt so had to revisited reception to fix. Room - dated and needs total upgrade - all old stuff. Secondary glazing - replace to modern. Bathroom - full update required. Departure morning - waited 10-15 minutes for lift to come up to the 12th floor - it never did. So resorted to using staircase to 5th floor where lift was coming to and used from there to ground level. The lift is slow so need to be modernised. If all of the above was attended to then I would return.

Spectacular room view . The stuff is very friendly except the African tall lady in the reception . Location is ok not the best

Me and my 11 year old daughter came here as a last minute suprise and I'm so glad we did. Highly recommend.
