Despite the difficulty in finding my booking, I was checked in. The room was clean and compact. As indicated, I had breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is quite excellent real Turkish. I had a full meal and tea. When we couldn't find the booking, the customer service worked well, helped with all questions!

Karadeniz gezimiz sırasında kaldık. Otel çok kötüydü. Odalar sigara kokuyordu ve çok pisti. Bizden önce konaklayan misafirlerin yediği çekirdekler dahi temizlenmemişti. Nevresimleri bile değiştirdiklerini düşünmüyorum çünkü renkleri beyazdan griye geçiş yapmıştı.

Karadeniz turunda 1 gece 3 çocuğumla beraber kaldık. Gelmeden önce otel yetkilisini aradık. Otopark olmadığı için yakın bir yerden alıp otoparka bıraktılar. Şehir merkezinde işlek kafelerin olduğu cadde şehrin merkezinde. Konumu ***et iyi. Odalar küçük olduğu için iki ayrı oda aldık. temiz buldum.

Şehiriçi olması harika, personel müthiş, bu otopark yok ama görevli her seferinde arabanızı alıp bırakıyor. Şehrin tam merkezinde bir otel. Yürüyerek istediğiniz nerdeyse her yere gidilir. Giresun zaten küçücük şehir, otel şehirin kalbinde, odalar küçük güzel fakat biraz temizlik zaafiyeti var bir de benim odamda pencereden hava geliyordu, buzdolabı yok, temizlik kaldığınız sürede yapılmıyor, odaya giren olmuyor. Vai cafe aynı zamanda restoranı ve kahvaltı salonu, kahvaltı orta yeterlilikte ama şehir oteline göre ***et iyi. Asansör iyi çalışıyor. Temizlik tam olsa harika olurdu.
