The Postcard Gir Wildlife Sanctuary

I had a wonderful experience at The Postcard Gir with my family (husband and two children) during our two-night safari getaway. It was the perfect location for our stay at Gir. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. Prior to our arrival, they helped secure our private safari rides with a jeep and guide exclusively for our family. They also arranged smooth airport transfers to and from Diu Airport. My children had a blast splashing in the pool and eagerly anticipated the surprise treats left in our room every evening. The food was delicious, and the chef was more than happy to accommodate any special requests outside of the menu. Every interaction with the staff was met with a smile, and after each safari, we were welcomed back with a refreshing cool drink! They thought of every detail—providing us with binoculars, blankets to keep us warm during the safari rides, water for the safari, and snacks for our room. A special shout-out to Subin, who was exceptionally helpful, and to the entire team for taking such great care of us. I highly recommend The Postcard Gir Wildlife Sanctuary to anyone visiting the area.

This is an excellant chain with exceptional service. Subin & team did a wonderful job in hosting us, making sure we are well taken care off. Every evening when we came back from the safari we had the room stocked up with goodies and a little surprice every day. They went out of their way to shover us with top knotch hospitality. If they maintain such level of service they will be a preferred choice even in places where Taj and Obero's are there. A special mention to the chef who was fentastic. All the meals we had here were wonderful. Postcard Gir can be chosen eyes closed. Its a fantastic property especially because of their hospitality!

Best jungle resort ,close to forest! Its a resort where one can connect with nature. On the back side the forest boundary abuts the hotel,we were lucky to spot a leopard from the swimming pool. Hospitality is impeccable. Perfect place to rejuvenate. Dont expect huge reception etc. Its a safari resort ,with excellent service and chef prepares lovely varieties,food tingled our taste buds. Surely worth staying .

Hospitality beyond limits. We have been spoilt for life. There is anything you can think of and the people at the postcard will deliver. Luxury and excellence all in one place. The team is doing a wonderful job making sure that we have a hard time choosing any other hotel chain.

Heartwarming Hospitality right from the booking process which I did very last minute through their bookings team ( Sakshi). She made it feel so easy and gave us confidence about the property, drive, safari everything even before we came in. Resort Manager Mr Karthik and his entire team including Mr Prashanth, what should I say about their hospitality. From before we came in to our end of the stay each and every personalised touch they added to our stay and welcome and exit will be cherished and remembered forever. The chauffeur Mr Pravin who made it possible for us to attend the safari on time though we landed late at airport, the Somnath Darshan which was made so easy through their arrangements amidst high crowds at temple was a cherry on the top. They surprised us with the vintage car ride on our welcome to the hotel. Food was amazing, little handwritten notes that were left with sweets, postcards and stickers for our kids on different days added more smiles to their faces. The safari arrangements, taking care of our food even for our travel, this property just makes u feel it’s your own. You don’t feel like an outsider rather a family. The story telling with Jasoobhai was truly a unique experience. Thank you thank you to each every person especially the booking team Sakshi, Resort Manager Mr Karthik and his team ( Prashant and team) and chauffeur ( Mr Pravin). Look forward to coming back again.
