The house is located among the area where tradition of cormorant fishing started by the riverside.While keeping the nostalgic texture of old houses,the bathroom is refurbished by using Japanese cypress.You can spend a good time with your family or group.It is a great location for you to take a walk along the Nagara river which is full of nature and also around the castle town.Enjoy the special representative taste of Gifu, such as the famous steak and Kaiseki cuisine.Nagara river cormorant fishing: May 11-October 15 (it will be cancelled due to the bad weather)About the new corona virus infection preventionAt Ukaigakuya, we make countermeasures to prevent the new corona virus infection and make efforts for the security of the health and safety of our guests.The main building is for private use for 1 group per day. There are no chances of contacting other guests and we have simplified the procedures of check-in making the contact with staff at minimum.The day before checkin, the hotel will be suspended for disinfection.(When there is a booking, purchases will be suspended the day before and after )If you will stay for consecutive days, the linens will be not exchanged.
