Le Domaine de la Mer - Appartements de Plage Dans un Cadre Enchanteur

This is like being abroad in a magical surrounding. This property is amazing. There is a restaurant on the beach and nearby a few more options. Set in a pine forest on the beach with a great pool too. Can’t wait to go back!

TROP CHER HORS SAISON POUR UN T2(début avril 2024) surtout avec beaucoup de manquements: pas de produits d'accueil(savon, gel douche, sac poubelle, éponge), pas de nécessaire pour le nettoyage(javel, désodorisant WC, éponge, pastille lave-vaisselle),pas de papier hygiénique, pas assez de couverts (inventaire erroné), pas de nécessaire minimum pour cuisiner: pas de sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre

The place is dirty and not worth the money. We stay here in august for a week and had moisture in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms. The technicians came and had a look at it, but just mentioned that this is a known problem and requires renovation, but beside spraying some disinfection on the moisture there is nothing they can do. There was no word of apologies or compensation offered by the management team for the issue. “They do not care”, which could essentially be also the title for this review. This not only valid for the conditions of the rooms but also for the entire place with is filthy. The walkways between the different locations (accommodation, beach, pool, reception, etc.) are sandy and dusty roads shared with the vehicles. Not only do you carry all that dust into your rooms, but they also do not care about dog dirt and women’s sanitary pads laying around. Obviously with all that dirt in your rooms that cleaning ladies have to do a hell of a job, rather impossible job, which of course led to our room not being ready at 4pm upon arrival. Also be aware that if you have a “garden view” you are looking into a dry and deserted piece of forest hill. Not to mention the overpriced restaurant (13€ for a 0.5l beer). The entire place is not maintained properly. During out 7 days stay there was always at least one thing not working: Internet (2 day), electricity (1 day), AC (1 day), water (1 day). Only minor plus point is the proximity to the beach, but also do not expect too much. Not sure if it is because of the many boats anchoring in close distance, but the water it not very clear, there is not fish to spot whatsoever.

AVOID. Dirty, unkempt and not AT ALL like the photos on their website which have clearly been doctored. The grounds are a mess - rubbish, broken sunbeds or any other stuff chucked in bushes or just left where it is. The apartments are glorified ex-shipping containers - or look like it. Everything in them is old, soiled or dirty. The ‘beach’ is two rows of shabby sunbeds above a narrow strip of sand that is a public beach. There is nowhere to sit under the trees - and who would want to next to rubbish anyway. The laundry room - picture attached - is filthy and full of piles of unwashed linen and towels. The whole place is shoddy and not worth a tenth of what they charge! The restaurant menus were sticky and dirty and the table wasn’t even wiped clean when we went down to dinner and you have to take a car to go anywhere else. If we could leave and get our money back we would!

Good for a family Great location, restaurant is very good and a nice bar, however they are super popular and you need to book. Breakfast is decent, but massively overpriced. The staff are friendly. We enjoyed the location, the beach and our time here. The website is confusing, expect no frills villa type set up, perfect for a family break, with noisy aircon.

Excellent stay here ! Wonderful site , delicious food at the Noe restaurant on the beach. Really helpful staff . Had a great 5 night stay here - the sea is on your doorstep and the pool is perfect for windy days . Magical stay - we will be back! Thank you!
