IG-Tysandros Hotel Apartments

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura in una situazione di emergenza ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. L'addetto alla reception , molto gentile e premuroso , ci ha trovato questo appartamento in tarda serata. L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e confortevole, il bagno e la cucina sono dotati di tutti i confort. Il cestino per la colazione è ricco di caffè, tisane, cornetti , fette biscottate e creme da spalmare. La posizione è ottima proprio sul lungomare di Giardini Naxos.

Really friendly and helpful owner/staff. It’s a great location for Giardini and is on the beach. It has good sound proofing so no issues with noise from the promenade. The rooms are high spec, clean and large. We had the cleaners come every day to the rooms and they brought crossings, toast & jam. Has good kitchen facilities. The swimming pool is indoors and there is a sauna. This was handy as it did get quite hot on the beach so kept the kids busy. I would not though it is fairly deep and kids can’t stand up so we had to be in the pool with them. We had a bit of a nightmare journey getting there (due to the airport fire at Catania which meant flying to the other side of the island and a 4 hour bus journey). I’ve ended up arriving around 2 am and they accommodate us, we’re really helpful in getting us in and doing the passport stuff the next day and they also have us a room upgrade to the sea view (which is a great view!) If you’re in Giardini Naxos I would stay here as during normal hours the airport bus stops right outside and you can also get other local buses or hop on/off buses right by the hotel too.

Sono stata in questa struttura durante la seconda decade di novembre con il mio ragazzo e la famiglia di mia sorella, e la motivazione principale è stata la presenza della piscina riscaldata, che si è rivelata una delusione... La struttura si presenta tutto sommato bene, è praticamente sul mare, nessun problema di parcheggio, il personale della pulizia abbastanza disponibile, le camere in genere pulite, cucina comoda e set per la colazione discretamente assortito, vista impareggiabile, da Taormina a tutto il lungomare di Giardini Naxos, ammirabili dal comodo balconcino, con il rumore del mare che ci addormentava e svegliava ogni giorno, ma i letti erano abbastanza scomodi, il bagno da ammodernare... La piscina ci ha delusi... Pienissima di cloro, l'abbiamo più volte fatto presente alla réception, ma in 8 giorni abbiamo potuto usufruirne solo un paio di volte e per pochissimo tempo, data la puzza di cloro che ci ha oltretutto rovinato i costumi e irritato la pelle dei bambini che erano con noi... Non abbiamo neanche ricevuto un piccolo sconto sul costo totale, dato che non abbiamo potuto sfruttare un servizio compreso nel prezzo, quello per cui abbiamo scelto questa struttura! Non abbiamo neanche ricevuto consigli su dove mangiare...Qualità prezzo buono, ha ottime potenzialità che andrebbero sfruttate.
