As a regular guest at Golden Tulip Vasundhara, I’ve always enjoyed my stays here, but my latest experience has left me frustrated. I had booked a twin bed room by mistake and specifically called the reservations manager prior to my arrival to request a king bed since I was traveling with my infant. He assured me that my request would be accommodated. However, upon checking in, I was abruptly told that changing the room type was against management’s instructions. It felt dismissive, and I was left feeling that guest satisfaction was not a priority. It was disappointing to see such a lack of flexibility, especially given my prior communication. It seems like the management only cares about the bottom line rather than providing a welcoming experience for guests. I’m sad to say that this incident has affected my trust in the hotel, and I doubt I’ll return in the future. I was really looking forward to a pleasant stay, but instead, I feel let down. Currently staying in room #6023, I hope my feedback is taken seriously. Mr. Harsh, this needs improvement.
