"Hotel was very clean. I was asked daily if I needed anything from the cleaning staff. Staff in general were excellent on arrival and always pleasant whether that was entering or leaving the hotel. The hotel offers FREE 24/7 access to a coffee machine that is located in the reception. I never had the breakfast, but it looked half decent, with a selection of meats, breads and pastry as well as some hot food options. Not kettle or anything like that in the room. However and fridge and a safe are there. The only thing I had a slight issue with that was okay due to the temperature was the air conditioning, when I put it on to go cold, it actually made the room hotter. With the weather not being to hot, i could open the window and it cooled the room down. All in all. Great staff. Clean rooms. A decent location. Would come back."

"Tuvimos una experiencia muy frustrante en este hotel debido al calor insoportable en la habitación. Éramos cuatro personas y, a pesar de pedir ayuda varias veces, el hotel no nos proporcionó ni un solo ventilador. El aire acondicionado central estaba apagado y no se nos informó de antemano. Pedimos una solución alternativa – como cambiar de habitación o algún tipo de asistencia – pero el personal no mostró disposición para resolver la situación. Como resultado, pasamos toda la noche sudando, sin poder dormir, en condiciones que simplemente no son aceptables en un hotel. La falta de empatía y de respuesta adecuada por parte del hotel arruinó nuestra estancia. No recomendaríamos este lugar a otros viajeros. El confort básico debería ser una prioridad, pero aquí claramente no lo fue."

"Habitación limpia, pero muchas cosas que arreglar. El techo donde el aire A/C la pintura está saltada de a ver habido una fuga. Si el interruptor de luz de la entrada no está dado no funciona ninguna luz y tampoco los enchufes de la cama por lo que siempre tiene que estar dada la luz. Las paredes como todas, se oye todo. Lo bueno es la piscina, que el coche le aparcas debajo de la habitación y la gente muy amables."
