"The area was quiet, safe and peaceful. The owner friendly and the room I stayed was clean but could do with a bit of attention. Upon arrival I was informed that there will be no meals, although it was clearly stipulated on the voucher, however the owner accommodated the meal request. Before arrival I informed the owner that I had special dietary requirements which she expressed she will be able to meet. For breakfast I only received a bit of Greek yogurt with 1/8th of pawpaw and few black berries with no coffee or fruit juice. For a packed lunch only two sarmies on gluten free bread, one day with cheese and the next with an egg, once again, nothing else. The last night I received a cooked meal made with onions and tomato with peels which I strictly requested I cannot eat. The next day for breakfast and lunch I receive a single toasted wrap with leftovers from the previous night and two strawberries. The one bed was very squeaky, and mattress worn, the DSTV did not work and was reported, the internet was also very weak, thus I could not watch Netflix either, but it sorted. I checked out earlier. "This property is incredible. Perfect in every sense. David our host and his daughter were so friendly, it was like staying with family. He picked us up from the airport and delivered us back the following day. He even took us out to a local pub to watch the rugby! Our room was so idyllic and was like staying in the middle of the bush. Thank you so much for the perfect start to our holiday."

I understand from two of our Sedibeng Veterans players that the outstanding amount for Room G has now been resolved. Regarding the other items: • Room H – R300: This amount represents the 10% discount that was deducted from your quote to us. • Salads – R400: This was already paid by me on Thursday morning. • Laundry – R150: This was paid directly by the player who used your washing facility. The guesthouse is beautiful and all your of the staff were very friendly, except for the manager. 2. It was difficult having two large groups at the same time, especially as the spaces did not allow the groups to comfortably share facilities and (men and ladies) 3. This forced our group of ladies to go out every evening to find food. This situation also raised safety concerns, as we had to be on the roads late at night. Additional issues we experienced: • The other group used the braai every night, and the manager became upset when we asked to also use a braai. • Upon arrival, a staff member informed us we could use the kitchen as discussed beforehand, but this was later not allowed. • The ice machine that had been discussed beforehand was not available to us, and asking for ice upset the manager. • We were told we could not use the small plates as they were needed for breakfast the next morning. • We asked for a supper menu but decided not to order because the portions were too large for our needs. • The fridge and freezer space were initially given to the other group. • Later we were given space in another fridge but were told there was no freezer available. • The other guests were usi"
