Nice hotel, friendly staff and great choice of food. We had a large room which faced the pool, plenty of space although the bathroom was a bit on the small side. Entertainment was a bit poor, not for everyone’s tastes! Cash bingo every night followed by Cypriot dancing, game shows, ABBA tribute etc. Food and drink were good, always something for someone. Swimming pools were warm and plenty of space to swim although the adults only pool was too small for the amount of people and the surrounding area around the adults only pool was far too small. Only a handful of sunbeds in the sun and they are literally touching the bed next to them, so we only got to use this area once! We managed to get sunbeds every day around the main pool but this was more noisier and busier and I hate the fact that you are allowed to smoke on your sunbeds whether you are sitting next to children or not. Smoking should be banned around the pool areas and designated places assigned to smokers. Not sure there is much to do for teenagers but ideal for us for a week in the sun just chilling.

It was the four of us girls and when we arrived we had snacks and drinks waiting for us and our suitcases taken up to the room - a very good first impression. For the price you pay for all inclusive you really get your money's worth, the drinks were refreshing and the food was delicious and diverse, something new every night, breakfast and lunch was mainly the same each day. Our bedroom was nice, couldn't complain had a balcony, comfy beds and a fridge. Our bathroom was disappointing, when we got in our toilet seat was hanging off, the shower wouldn't adjust and mid shower the railing fell on top of my friend. We sorted this out with reception and maintenance did come and fixed everything but adjusting the shower. Our keycards didn't work quite a few times but again reception sorted this out every time. The blonde receptionist was lovely and called a taxi for us and sorted out a map for us, telling us the places we should visit. The 'main' lifeguard was lovely and a good laugh - however, there was glass in the pool. They 'cleaned' it out yet there were still tiny shards of glass in the pool so we couldn't stand without getting cut. Most staff were friendly and very welcoming, one or two weren't but that doesn't discredit the majority. The location of the hotel is perfect, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, a shop and amazing pub 2 minutes away and about at 15 minute taxi (costing 15 euros there, and 20 back) to the old town. I would say go down at 8am if you want a good place on a sunbed. Entertainment in the evening was different each time and had bingo. Overall, I would stay here again it was lovely, just a few improvements needed to be made.

For all inclusive hotel this is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and nice hotel. Staff all very helpful barring one rather annoying waiter in the restaurant, but other then that all the other staff were great. The food is brilliant with lots of different options for dinner and tea each day, would recommend booking onto the al la carte and bbq first thing when you get there as it gets booked up. The bbq food was amazing. The alcohol drinks are all local as you would expect but some really good cocktails and they have an adults only bar for an evening. The entertainment on a night was hit and miss, really not sure jaja the clown provided any real entertainment for anyone. There is bingo every night for decent money too so worth the 5 euros. Would recommend getting the 30 bus into the town too for a change of scenario.

Staff at the hotel are really lovely and a special mention to Stavros in the restaurant, he always has a smile and kind words for everyone. Reception Staff also are helpful, knowledgeable and always on hand. The one bookable restaurant gets booked out really quickly, we have not been able to secure a booking 🙃 having said that the food in the main restaurant is good. I only have one moan about the hotel and that's the lack of available sunbeds and shade. When coming to the pool at 9am pretty much all the sun beds have towels on. The hotel policy is that you can't reserve beds, but this is NOT enforced, so bagging a bed is a nightmare. I think the hotel could increase the number of beds and shades to accommodate all it's guests.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel over 10 years . We had a fifth floor room which was spacious, clean towels and cleaned six days a week, and overlooking the pool. On previous visits we’ve had wine and slippers and robes in the room because we’d been a few times , but nothing this time, not even a ‘welcome back ‘ . They did leave a birthday cake and wine in our room on my birthday though which was a nice touch. The adult pool has nice thick comfortable sun loungers, but had to get up at 5am to secure some, there aren’t many there and competition is stiff. .The family pool sun loungers are more basic., we went to that pool on our last day as we were only there til 11am. The food is very good and varied, the drinks aren’t the best, adequate . The location isn’t the best, there are a few bars around the hotel but not many . There has been so much building work going on around this hotel over the last few years that the area is now spoilt, with lots of very noisy cars and traffic. I don’t think we will return to this particular Atlantica hotel as the environment isn’t as good as it once was. Nothing particularly wrong with it, but there are better places to stay.

If you are someone who values their peace and quiet, then this hotel is not for you! Never have I stayed in a hotel where the noise form every other room around you can be heard (and no I haven't just stayed in 5 star hotels) Every knock, every bang, every kid crying, kids yelling, sounds like people are rearranging the furniture in their rooms, it's horrendous! Perhaps it's just the building my room was in as thy have a few buildings. Complained to staff twice but really, they don't care. House keeping is not great either - rooms are not cleaned every day and even when they do clean, sheets and pillow cases are not changed, tea and coffee not topped up regularly either. Small things like tissues, soap, conditioner that hotels usually supply as standard are not supplied either. Elevators are ridiculously small also - just enough room for 2 normal size people. Pool is great and buffet breakfast is good - that's the only 2 things I think this hotel has going for it. Will not return as a regular traveller to Cyprus.

Turned up late and was given a room that looked like it’s from prisoner cell block H . Lights didn’t work and was so old fashioned. Reception didn’t really give a crap and was told to come back after breakfast. After breakfast didn’t get much better response so off the mrs went to the tui rep . Tui rep was ok and got us moved but room wasn’t much better in that the people beside us moving furniture and banging doors 24/7 and kids were running all over the corridors constantly. Sleep here is almost impossible. The rooms are freezing definitely don’t need to turn on air con . No place in room for your cases or even a mirror in the main room so be prepared get dressed in the tiny bathroom. The adults only part is some what an afterthought as it’s so small and it’s towel wars daily trying to get a spot on a sun bed. If you want a sunbed be prepared to put towels down no later than 4am. On a good note the adults pool is nice and quiet if you do get a bed there. Drinks ain’t the best and not much variety. They will most likely be way too strong and undrinkable. Best place to get a drink is in the taste bar as they seem to have more experienced bartenders. The taste bar is adults only to which is a bonus . Food is hit and miss and often like ya moms pulled all the bits out the freezer and cooked them same time to get rid of them , as the combination's make no sense . Best things are definitely the pizzas that are live cooked and are fresh . You can’t get a spirit with your dinner so if you don’t drink wine or beer then soft drinks are the only option with food . Entertainment is rubbish that’s all ima say about that . Bingo is a big thing here as it’s for cash prizes, but hard to get a seat to play . Read previous reviews for here and I’m shocked some people have made this their lifelong hotel go to . We definitely won’t be returning despite being newly renovated it still has lots of work to do . Glad we got it cheap I’d be fuming if we’d paid top dollar.

The rooms are old, you have to give money to the cleaning lady all the time to change your towels, I think she only cleaned the room once in 10 days, the plates at the restaurant are always dirty, the food is always the same, the people at the hotel are very cold and look bad all the time, especially at the restaurant and reception. I do not recommend

we stayed here on the 17th may for 10 nights in a family room room 2475 over looking the pool which was nice all in all the holiday was a nice break away with some friends, the newly refurbished reception area and restaurant was lovely and the food was spot on could not fault it one bit and myself being a vegetarian i did not struggle for options and the salad area was the best yet ive seen from any hotel so that was really good. the entertainment team were really friendly and engaging they were never to pushy with the activities which was good of them. would have been nice if the main pool area played a little bit of music through out the day as when the entertainment team did play music whether it was for the kids song or for aqua Zumba you could see everyone singing along and lifted people's mood up so would be a nice touch if some music was played through out the day. only slight issue we did have was with our room, when we first arrived the room seemed clean and tidy and really spacious, however a few days in and our room for some reason kept being missed on the room service, even though we did put the light on for it to be done, when rung down to reception they did apologise and sent a supervisor up apparently the housekeeper said she had done it well sorry but she hadn't we did not want to get any one in trouble, however the next day this was also the case it was missed again when we did really need the towels as just came back from the pool and all needed showers so this was not the best, we did happen to find the housekeepers to be quite lazy as on a few occasions we just saw them stood on the stairs on there phone not doing any work , you didn't really see them around very much cleaning anywhere. and when they did clean your room they never seemed to wipe or clean down the sides as we had lots of dust on the phone and on top the bed which the dust looked like it had been there a long time not just from us as it was thick. maybe something the hotel could think about is the cleaning up of the sunbed area around the pool i the evening as it came apparent that this was only done in the mornings, however if guests are checking into the hotel in the evening time having peoples fag ends and rubbish from the day still around does not look to appealing and especially with the cats around we found these to be lying on the sunbeds quite regular , this did not bother us so much , however when the housekeepers do clean up in the morning again they don't really seem to do a very good job it looks like they don't bother to sweep up the floor as rubbish is still left out on the floor and fag ends which lying next to the next day was not so nice. we found the hotel to be good for the amount we paid , however we sadly would not return just more for the fact that there is not that much to do around the local area and even the harbour when we went there we got a taxi and stayed for around 30 mins and then came back as nothing seemed to be open and in the e

We are just on our way home after a lovely week at this hotel. No complaints at all on the food, It was absolutely lovely even for my partner who is a very fussy eater. I know the pounds will of piled back on but hey ho. The hotel itself is lovely and well kept but our cleaners were not great and our sheets were not changed. Soap not replenished nor coffee miks etc unless I left the drawer open. Our room was a premium double and was really nice...2515. The bingo at 9pm each night was great as the prize money was over €300 so bring your dabbas if you like a game. The entertainment was very poor and boring at night so we went out after the bingo. We went on the catamaran booked through the tui rep which was a great day out and well worth €70. The surrounding area is not great and not many good places to have a decent drink. We did find Happy Jack's and Malibu. One left and one right at main Rd. The worst part about this hotel is them charging €100 to keep your room on which is daylight robbery but they aren't bothered. We don't mind paying but this is excessive and for this reason we won't return to this hotel or the area. Don't let that put you off though as it was a good relaxing holiday. I hope management take on board that €100 is way too much and that at least dick turpin wore a mask!!!

Stayed half term (uk) end of May, with my partner and our 12 year old daughter. A mixed bag, truth be told. The staff and overall standards of the hotel are great, and the food is excellent. The main pool area is lovely and for the money paid to stay here it would be harsh to give it less than 4 stars. However, it’s only fair to point out a few details that make this a resort you’d be unlikely to return to. First of all - location. This is basically a hotel on the outskirts of Limassol city, surrounded by residential blocks. For many people, a stroll around the local area is a big part of their holiday, and that simply isn’t an option here. The noise from the large amount of traffic is rather persistent and doesn’t contribute to a particularly relaxing atmosphere. The hotel cannot be blamed for this, and they do not claim to be a beachside hotel, but the immediate environs are not your typical “resort” filled with bars, shops and restaurants. There is a pub across the street called the Nag’s Head, but that’s about it. Rooms. We had to pay to upgrade to a bigger room. Whilst the room we were given was lovely, and recently refurbished, it was smaller than a Premier Inn room and our daughter would have had to spend a week on a tiny sofa bed. Frankly, that’s not good enough. TUI are very light on detail about the rooms and that’s deliberate in my opinion. Whilst you may not spend much time in them, you still need space to move around and that was sadly lacking. We were moved to a room with a separate bedroom and it was lovely. Again though, it’s important to point out that the hotel staff were excellent in dealing with this, but the advertising is vague about what you may end up with. The walls are paper thin so you’ll be hearing more than you’d probably want to. Food & Drink. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all served in the main buffet restaurant. The staff are efficient and you won’t be kept waiting. The choice and quality of food at mealtimes is excellent. Huge variety and anyone complaining really is wide of the mark. Drinks. For the beer drinkers, you’ve got Keo or Carlsberg lager to choose from. Both very ordinary, and I hate to say this but I suspect slightly watered down. The cocktails are similarly very weak. I think this may be a way to stop people from being too drunk as this is 99% an All Inclusive resort (and let’s be honest, the English can be the worst for this overdoing it on the booze). We ate in the Al a carte restaurant and the food and wine in there were excellent. Book early. Sun beds. Basically, if you don’t have your towel down by 8am you’ll be struggling, and in peak season I can barely imagine how bad it must get. The pool area is fine though and if you have your beds for the day you’re all set. Had a massage in the spa, was well worth the money, and the indoor pool and gym are in great condition. The hotel is lovely, food is incredible, staff go above and beyond and a fantastic outside family swimming pool. The room was great, clean and well kept. The location isn’t great, you aren’t walking distance to a beach and there isn’t anywhere nice you can walk with the family in the evening. You have to get up before 6am if you want to get a good spot on a sun lounger. Some were being left out the night before, when I went down at 6am there were very few left pool side. There is a very strict lifeguard, he can be quite rude, and goes to speak to the kids directly no matter their age. He won’t let anyone jump in the water, which is the kids favourite thing to do, and as long as they are supervised, not diving and doing it safely not sure there’s an issue. No where in their own pool rules does it say about jumping in. The evening entertainment isn’t the best. It’s the first time we’ve been anywhere and the kids are encouraged to stand on the stage. Which makes it difficult if you have a nervous child who would like you there with them on the dance floor. The shows generally start at 9:30pm, out of our stay there was only one which was really good. Most we left half way through.
