"Nice location. Lovely view from the dining room. Accommodation in a separate building distant from the hotel so using the advertised facilities was very impractical. Big bed but very small room so no space for luggage. Okay for one night but nothing more. The most rude, obnoxious “greeting” from a male receptionist who should not be employed in/ own(?) a service business. The description of the restaurant is cleverly misleading. The “four star” hotel provides only a set dinner menu each day. No changes are permitted without giving 24 hours notice. The chef is apparently incapable of / has no ingredients to / cannot/ is unwilling to provide ANY alternative."

"We have spent 3 days in this hotel with our two kids. The staff is vert pleasant, infrastructure is good quality. The hotel is very well located, 5 min walking distance rrom city center and right in front of the lake. Swming pool is great for the kids. Spa is very small but massages are very good quality. We will come back next year without hesitation!"

"sympaattinen hotelli , ei mitään puuttuu, ennakoida henkilöauton liikuntarajoitteinen, keskustaan on noin 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. viehättävä koti, täysin puhdas huone. Varianssi aamiainen. Ja harvinainen asia (nauraa) vessanvaatteita, jotka eivät näytä "paitat" kuten useimmissa majoituspaikoissa ...Joten mitään toistetta. Rauhallinen yö ."
