Never write reviews but I think this hotel falsely advertises itself as a ‘luxury’ ‘boutique’ hotel but it is nothing of the sort. Room - the rooms are modern and the cleaning service is good, however when we arrived we did have to move rooms due to an ant infestation. Food - the food here is terrible, there are flies on the food, stray cats are welcomed into the dining area, limited options and very bland food, also heads up you share the cafeteria area with 3+ other hotels, therefore there’s nothing luxury about it. Service - another area of this hotel which needs improving, we booked a trip with the hotel which they had advertised all over the hotel, in the morning we then find out the receptionist never booked it and then there was a delay for us to go on the trip. ‘All inclusive’ - it’s not all inclusive when there are only 4 different cocktails on the menu, the rest all charge an extra fee about 8 euros, also they serve the drinks in plastic cups which is understandable around the pool but not exactly ‘luxury’ when your in the reception. The main problem was the food and from general understanding of other guests most were eating out, however not what you expect to be doing when you have paid to be all inclusive. Overall, we were really disappointed with the hotel and definitely will not be returning.
