I thought I got a bargain, turns out it certainly was not. A fair rate for this "hotel" would be $40 a night. Rude staff. NO privacy. I counted at minimum 20 cameras PER floor. Seriously. Not even airports have as many cameras! Extremely run down! Not remotely clean! Great shower pressure though! I was able to sleep solely because the area is okay. One of the Hotel Staff phoned the room at 8 in the morning to wake us up (to avoid keep us from sleeping in)! When I called back, the staff member said "it was not her and that she would prove it to me by showing me surveillance footage that it was not her." -___- Understand that no one else could have called. Only the staff had access to that phone. Our access cards were disabled prior to check out. The smoking area is DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY, so expect smoke everywhere. Overall an extremely poor experience. Staff members are all related. (Their names rhyme with Mattel). ;)

Everything was great! Staff was very friendly. I would only prefer scrambled eggs on breakfast buffet rather than frozen individual egg omelets. More updated hot tub would be nice too but cannot complain about amenities compared to price.

The hotel was wonderful and clean. Appearance when you walk in was breathtaking. The receptionist was very sweet. Great price for what we paid for. Breakfast was wonderful. One of the quietest hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The softest (I think it's feathers) pillow that normally is included in the various pillows on the bed was not there this time, so I didn't sleep as well as I normally do. The AC unit under the window was difficult to adjust the room temperature (the wall thermostat was inoperable in this particular room), so it was warmer than usual during our sleeping hours, also contributing to a restless night. We come twice a month to this hotel yet, upon our arrival, the person at the reception desk never acknowledges us with "welcome back" or even a smile. And she repeats the same information about the wifi password, the pool hours, the fitness area hours, and the breakfast hours (which of course we already know.) Wish we weren't treated as strangers when we come to this hotel so often.

Very comfortable room, easy to check in and check out. This hotel uses key cards. Room was quiet, temperature was easily adjusted. The unit in the wall controls the air, and the fan runs constantly even when there is no cooling activated. I happen to really appreciate that, as this means there is a steady overnight sound, and I'm not disturbed by the air kicking on and off. There are a few ports for USB chargers for electronics, as well as several standard outlets to use. It is nice to have a coffee machine and refrigerator in our room. We will be coming back. Thank you for a nice visit to Georgetown!

Check in and check out went smoother than I have ever experienced! We had a downstairs room across from the stairwell exit and that caused our door to bang whenever the stairwell door banged. Aside from the door though, we had a great experience!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Having a mix of pillows is also a plus. The breakfast room was spacious and the food was good. I felt safe at this hotel and recommend it to anyone coming to the Georgetown Kentucky area. If I’m ever staying in that vicinity I will stay there again

Very friendly front desk. All was good with our stay. Elevator is quick and better than the slow one at Best Western Plus. I would pick this hotel over BW plus. The people at front desk are much nicer here. Very helpful and they even smile. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Food was Hotel breakfast and was average like almost all hotels. Places to eat all around for dinner close by.

Wonderful room and enjoyed breakfast. Was only there late evening and out by 9 but one of the better Comfort Inn and Suites had 4 set of towels and beds were clean and comfortable. Saw the pool but we were traveling and this was just a stop. I booked through Choice either app or website it showed my points but waiting to see if they add on. We stayed in Mobile and the reward was not counted? Sad
