"The hotel is conveniently located in a great area. It's a new property that seems to be quite popular, and I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive for the most part. However, during our multi-day stay, we noticed that the room cleaning wasn't consistently thorough. I brought it up with the front desk, but on several occasions, we returned to find the room still not properly cleaned—it felt like our request was overlooked or not properly followed up on. I also wish the breakfast buffet offered a bit more variety, especially when it comes to fresh fruit. Overall, a good hotel with room for improvement in housekeeping and breakfast variety."

"I booked a reservation for this place based on good reviews. When I arrived I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because my credit card had been declined. That sounded fishy to me, as I had used that card numerous times before reaching there and I was also able to use it many times after this incident with no problem with any declines any other place. The person who I finally was able to get to come to the door was rather rude I thought and they said they could not accommodate me, even though I never saw another person there. Maybe they have limited capacity, but even though they suggested another hotel, I thought they could have been more help in getting me relocated. I don't think they even tried to run my card again and didn't contact me to get another credit card to use. Maybe it is a great place to stay, if you can get in, but I was really disgusted with the attitude they had. I would never consider trying this place again."
