隔壁房間從傍晚開始就一直大聲講話大聲喧嘩無比興奮 嘻嘻哈哈 吵到凌晨兩點半 本就隔音不好 房間與房間客廳之間緊緊隔着一扇門而已 她們還不自覺 不考慮別人的感受 我一大早的早班機 被吵到一夜未眠 最後很想罵人 又怕吵到我隔壁隔壁 衹能自認倒黴 😓

Stayed at the 2 bedroom suite for a family of 3. Both the bedrooms and living room is well maintained and clean, toilet amenities is also adequately provided. The location of the location is extremely convenient and walking distance to nearby eateries and malls. But I felt that the customer service is truly what sets OZO apart, friendly staffs who are always ready to help with a great smile. Had a really memorable stay!

雖然是在George Town, 但酒店位置算是外圍，有点偏遠。 但酒店很乾淨， 就是前台服務很參差， 有幾个女的很好， 但有一兩个男的卻很不客氣，很沒禮貌。

在老城區 出行都很方便 租輛摩託車更方便。房間隔音一般，但是還是比較乾淨舒適的 唯一不好的就是房間打掃不及時 需要每天打電話給前台才會有人來打掃，但是前台工作人員很熱情 特別是一位濃粧艷抹的黑皮小哥

週四入住的酒店，感覺酒店沒幾個人，還是給了盡頭房，果然就像評論所説，要收10馬幣的税，我指預訂單説給了，又收了2馬幣的環境税。房間還行，床有點過於軟，不能寄存行李，晚上對面酒吧相當鬧，位置還行，周邊500米內有很多吃的。

The hotel generally is ok.   But you can notice some tiredness especially the bathroom.  It needs tile grouting and fixing.  The shower gel dispenser is not working properly.  In one of my friends’ room bathroom, the shower gel dispenser cover is missing.   The hotel lacks house-keeping supervision One of the evenings at about 6.30 pm, the worker was washing the room lift lobby area with a machine and the entire floor was covered with soap.  We were leaving for dinner.  Such work should not be done at this time.

Ozo hotel has a very nice infinity pool and staff is friendly and helpful

Lobby on 20/F, need to go up and down to finish the check in/out process others are fine

Location was excellent and the service provided by the stuff was great. Will return again on my next visit!

Exactly what you expect for the price you pay.

Nearly 5 star quality at a very reasonable price situated conveniently near great restaurant areas. Great staff. Great views. I recommend residing on the south side (city views) due to disturbance of the late night music from the Red Garden Food Paradise venue that we had when staying on the 18th floor of the north side (harbor views). Whenever I return to Georgetown I will stay here again.
