Loved the fact that u get to change away from the room, gives the privacy u need.

Fast and efficient check in process. Nice to have a roof top pool to enjoy after a long day of walking.

Very nice place. Walking distance to places to visit. Good Restaurants close by. Delicious breakfast with variety of different Food. Very helpful recepetionists

房間裝修用心、空間寬敞、設施完備、使用方便；給我的15層，視野開闊，山、海都能看到，足不出屋便能享受美景；樓頂無邊泳池拍照太出片了，日出日落都有特別的景緻（前四張照片是泳池的），連着三天早上都游泳了；健身房有點小，但基本的也都有，我也去了三次；去到主要的打卡點步行大約十幾分鍾到半小時，吃飯也挺方便的，住了六晚，真的性價比很高。

房間看出去的風景非常好，前台非常熱情，我們想換雙床也給滿足了

床鋪的軟硬適中，還有個mini bar，提供了茶包和速溶咖啡。整體環境乾淨整潔，沒有明顯的衞生問題。服務員的態度友好，有問必答，而且會多種語言交流。就是門口隔音稍微有點差，早上隔壁關門的聲音有點響

在喬治市區性價比很高的酒店，房間不大但是很衞生。22樓有無邊泳池，下午游泳很舒服。酒店早餐不錯，10歲小朋友+13MB就可以。酒店住了很多歐洲、馬來過度假的，周邊吃飯比較多。推薦入住！ 在酒店拍到的日出，第一張在房間，第二張在餐廳走廊。

屋子裡很涼快，頂層有泳池健身房，樓下走路兩分鐘有洗衣房，過馬路有早餐店，便利店，樓下打車方便！還想去！

房間乾淨 服務滿意

decent sized room with gorgeous view, can see the mountain as well as the sea. Buildings nearby are very low, so you can see miles away. Professional staff especially at reception. They are carrying genuine smile and ready to assist. I would say they are more proactive than those five~star hotels i stayed in Penang and Langkwawi during this trip. However i really wish staff at concierge (night shift) can be more cautious and careful when handling shipment including parcels delivered to the hotel. They could have checked the identity of the one who pick up the parcel instead of not validating and allow anyone to go over to the counter to pick up by themselves. in the end who will bear the responsibility if the parcel was lost?
