The greatest thing of Vouk Hotel is having the rare option of triple single beds to accommodate our family of 3.

I booked this hotel for my sister for an overnight stay, as she came to attend a dinner which I hosted across the street from hotel. I found the hotel clean and strategically located for my purpose. It appeared busy as there were many guests coming in and out of the hotel lobby.

Moderate experience. Sound proof between room is poor, can hear chit chat sound from the room beside at midnight. The towel have a moist smell and some stain at the blanket and pillow. Hope can have some renovation and improvement 🙏🏻 Overall the location quite strategic and price reasonable.

Stayed here for only one night for business trip. Room and bathroom were huge, however the were stains on the floor. Corridor looks a bit dated, needs some upgrading.

Overall stay experience may be considered good. Parking lots were available at the hotel front, very convenient and time saving. The front desk is well staffed. Good sized room and bathroom. I liked the long all-in-one neat writing / tv/ coffee/luggage table which I could conveniently place all my stuff. The downsides were the quality of bath fixtures. Toilet roll holder fell off when I pulled the tissue paper. Insufficient clearance between the mirror shelf and basin tap, causing difficulty turning on the tap. I was not comfortable with the freshener scent on the pillow/bedsheet.

We stayed at Vouk Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The main reason we decided to stay there was because it was near to one of the hospitals that we were visiting. Honestly, based on my experience, it was not a pleasant experience as when we were out early in the morning at around 7AM and when we came back at around 10.30AM, our room was made up without our permission. We did not turn on the "make up room" light and did not instruct anyone to come in to our room to make it up. In an essence, the hotel staff came into our room WITHOUT our permission. When the room was "made up", we could still notice dirts, dusts, and hairs on the floor. I think they only tidied up the blanket. The cleanliness was terribly. Honestly for the price, would prefer to stay at other hotel. Breakfast was average, nothing special and the taste was not my cup of tea.

The hotel location is good but the room light is dim and the room has a weird smell. We stay for 4 nights. Everyday room service is only to top up the drinking water and make up the bed. The floor is still dirty and not even clean up the toilet and change the floor mat. For the breakfast, some of the foods are not fresh especially the sausage and vegetable. Overall we are upset with the hotel.
