booked here because it is near the hospital and there is shuttle bus to the hospitals was here for health check up the place was good but room a bit dark. downstairs have a mynews and starbucks take 5 ringgit grab can go to gurney plaza or gurney paragon. close to everything , especially gleneagles hospital.

Not recommended at all. Upon arrival , ok and fast. Welcome drink - syrup super sweet Rooms - book 2 units . Along the corridor, wall papers started to fall off . Very heavy thinner smell as they did some minor touch up. Ceiling mouldy. Rooms horrible.. bad smell ( bau hapak ) super dusty. Called the housekeeping. Came with a bottle of freshener, and I guessed he used almost a bottle. The smell was so bad that we could hardly breathe. Went down to the front desk and requested an immediate check out. They went to check my complaint, and I even volunteered to pay for them to stay in the room they assigned us. I was so mad as I was travelling with my 3 children. They should not sell the Rooms on that particular floor. My daughter started to develop breathing difficulties due to the thinner smell ( whole floor ) and also the freshener used in our rooms. Imagine this happened to elderly guests or guests who will be quietly enduring this.. it is indeed ridiculous. They managed to assign us to a different floor ( at least they tried to accommodate) . We stayed for a night, and we checked out immediately the next day to another hotel for our next 3 nights. In summary 1. Front desk - intern ( very helpful ) 2. Breakfast - have to self-service to get utensils ( only one man show - under man power ) 3. Rooms- very very run down, super dim, toilet mouldy , the shower head flew off and nearly hit my son's head ) 4. Parking - narrow and limited In short - not recommended

Overall is ok ,breakfast limited choice

Everything was great save for the location which isn't walking distance to shopping malls. Excellent value for money and the Concierge had a great customer service orientation. Cheers, Eng

I booked this hotel for my sister for an overnight stay, as she came to attend a dinner which I hosted across the street from hotel. I found the hotel clean and strategically located for my purpose. It appeared busy as there were many guests coming in and out of the hotel lobby.

Moderate experience. Sound proof between room is poor, can hear chit chat sound from the room beside at midnight. The towel have a moist smell and some stain at the blanket and pillow. Hope can have some renovation and improvement 🙏🏻 Overall the location quite strategic and price reasonable.
