Ros Heritage Motel arvostelua

The room was dirty. Old bed sheet, bed back rest was also broken. The curtain was dirty. Spider web on the windows . Really disliked this place. Construction work at the next door made difficult to sleep.

Worst ever hotel I had stayed die to many place had sold out, this motel room I would like to say it so dusty under the bed , floor never clean up , condition very poor , aircon never service and it full of dust. And ceiling estimate 2 -3 kittens stayed om top root , keep miao miao and scratches the ceiling whole night we all can't even sleep. I booked 2 nights so I wasted second night immediately checked out in the morning.

服務很好，就是環境和衛生差了點

老闆印度人，一樓餐廳，二樓住宿。區位我一來就選錯了，周遭雜亂無章。樓梯狹窄，拎着箱子不易爬樓。最關鍵的關鍵是床單被套是臟的！！！！！！！有人入住退房後沒有清洗！！！和老闆反覆交涉，她不管，退房也不讓退！旅途辛勞我也不想換了。第二日，我提出換個房間，她也給換了，站在第一日入住的房間門口換隔壁房間，這時服務員進我第一日房間打掃，我直接驚呆了！！！直接拉齊床單上的皺褶！一個薄毯對摺！然後用類似空氣清新劑的東西往床單、毯子上一噴，完事，打掃結束，等待下一個客人入住！直接不更換床品！！！呆到老闆打開我更換的房間我一細看，想到剛才瞥見的服務員打掃房間的細節，我不敢住了！太恐怖了！且更換的房間人味太濃烈！畢竟不清洗！老闆服務太惡劣，凶神惡煞，跟我溝通的全部過程！！！太糟糕了！門鎖就是一個橫的插銷，形同虛設！我得把桌子挪了擋在門背後！看看他們房間的桌椅板凳的各種斑駁痕跡，無異議貧民窟！雖説房費一百多不算貴，但基本的清潔你得有！直接不更換床品！拒絕退款！這是我住過的世界上最糟糕、最臟的旅店！幾乎不會差評，希望後來者看到評論趕緊繞開！

The room is ok but there in nothing much in the room, just an old air-con, bed, wordrobe, and little mirror. But the location is pretty good, it’s in lippthe little india and we could walk around the see tourist attractions.

good lcation from all of it, ac doesnt work properly but good for money

So far everything was good as per budget. Got air conditioner and attached bath and TV. since I’m alone so it’s ok for me and even here is quine size bed so 2 person also can stay no problem.

Motel sangat strategis ada di pusat keramaian. Sangat cocok untuk bermalam.

Bit disappointed as carpark space was limited in the busy street.

Very very tiny room. It felt like living in a worker’s quarter. It’s not worth the price paid. I dont recommend this motel for people with kids. It’s dirty and tiny, like a cell.

Not really worth the money ,,, a very strange place to stay, not really like a hotel, more of a dormitory,,,,,,,

Location is good, but thats about it. The room is basic which is to be expected. The rooms are located above the joint restaurant, im pretty sure the restaurant does not close as we had noise from men talking downstairs all night. which was made even worse by our window not closing. #penang #malaysia
