The hotel’s location is excellent, being very central to George Town’s attractions and within walking distance to many points of interest. However, the limited parking space was a significant drawback, as guests often had to park far from the hotel.The room at Loop on Leith was decent but not without its flaws. While the modern decor and comfortable bed were appreciated, the room felt a bit cramped and lacked sufficient storage space.

Location was great. Room is clean and decent. Service was good too. Amenities can be requested from the reception. Good hotel.

It’s right next door to a mosque on a busy street and there’s no internal noise blocking or insulation so it’s really noisy! The sliding door to the bathroom is weighted so it constantly opens while you’re in there despite the strand bolt mechanism. The fridge is just a cooler and NOT a fridge so you can’t store food safely and ofc there are the cockroaches to contend with. Having said all that, the staff are fantastic; helpful, efficient, kind, courteous and friendly at every level. The rooms are very basic but the service is very good.

優點 1.酒店地理位置很方便，100米內有餐館、便利店，距離喬治城的主要景點也不是特別遠。 2.酒店大堂很大，桌椅很多，如有辦公需求，也挺方便的。 3.房間窗外的景色，能看到檳城最高建築！ 缺點 1.我住的房間旁邊就是清真寺，所以有些時段會有廣播，但是持續時間不長，屬於我能接受的範圍。 2.wifi有時候真的很慢。 3.窗為密封窗，不可開，對我來説影響不大。 綜上所述，就這個250以下價位來説，酒店挺好的，我住了三天，下次有機會再來！

Fantastic hotel! Everything in the hotel is artiscally designed. The toilet is the best part of it, wall with beautiful tiles and the water pressure is superb. An asset after a whole day of roaming the island to wind down with a good shower. The location is so convenient to visit the old part of the city and all amenities are within walking distances. Everything is just superb. I fully recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay in Penang.

Booked this room. Stated there got city view. The room we got, It’s have window but the view is just the wall(same as first pic)👎🏻 Too tired too complain. Lucky it just 1 night. And also the receptionist said can park in front of hotel as long as in yellow box, no need to pay parking and no summon. But the next day we got parking summon from Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang. 🤬 indian girl receptionist

酒店位置優越，附近有很多美食，酒店的前台工作人員很好，主動給我提供了一個有窗的房間，房間雖然不大，但勝在乾淨整潔、設施齊全，可以寄存行李。前台工作人員很熱情，我們在檳城租了摩託車，歸還當天用國內電話一直打不通，求助前台工作人員他們很熱心地幫我們打了好幾次電話，非常感謝！

an aesthetic boutique hotel around the heritage location of Georgetown. Love the ambiance of the lobby, really good to make good first impression.. choose cyan type room, not too small, enough for couples who just need Bed n Breakfast . easy to find halal food nearby
