酒店位於舊城區,舊樓改造,但設上有些風格,房間衛生良好, 窗是有的,但是不會打開窗簾,因為與鄰窗很貼近。 前台一位接待識廣東話,他們服務很熱誠。 附近300米有大排檔,大排檔對面是網紅餐廳,晚上十分多人。 疫情下,外來旅客少,喬治市都靜,到傍晚及星期天,當地人出來活動 氣氛才有點改善。

Un hôtel magnifiquement conçu et décoré à Georgetown. Les chambres sont vraiment confortables et propres! De superbes meubles et de petites attentions. La salle de bain était propre. Le lit était confortable. Beaucoup d'espace pour les bagages. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et l'enregistrement était facile. Eau potable disponible au rdc. Je recommande vivement de séjourner ici et j'y reviendrais ! Merci ;)

This is an old house part of the patrimony. It's special, the location is great. It's easy to visit George Town on foot The staff is very kind and carried pur luggage from our room on the 1st floor Check in even late went smoothly so that we could go to eat upon arrival it was 23:00 I appreciated that they said we shall do the check in when you come back from dinner. The room is like in the picture I didn't like the bathroom which got everytime full of water when showering A shower door could be put there

A really lovely hotel right on the edge of the tourist area. Perfect for quiet rest but so easy to stroll in to the tourist centre. The rooms are fantastic value and have everything you need. Air conditioning plus a ceiling fan made for a very comfortable stay in a very hot and humid city. Rooms are filled with great heritage features but without being clutered. The hotel is only two floors (ground and one above) and built in traditional, heritage buildings so have the real character of Georgetown throughout. The staff are especially helpful and always quick with a smile and a greeting. There is a small wine focused restaurant (Ferment) accessed from the hotel reception area - good wine selection when compared to most restaurants in Malaysia and very professional staff. If you drink alcohol it’s definitely worth calling in. I highly recommend this great little hotel 10/10!

The location is great. In the middle of George Town. The hotel is new I think. The front office guy was good & helpful. The room was going back to 70s. I like the decor. The room is clean and smell good. The bathroom was great. Not much facilities here such as swimming pool, gym. They just open a restaurant beside it. They sell their own ice cream. Sedap..... Have to look for your own parking here. Had a good stay here.

Room not bad - so so Dripping air conditioner which wasn’t great Quite noisey, walls are thin and sound reverberates Pillows lumpy Overall fixtures and fittings not great things hanging off the walls etc We asked to leave early to help with our flight and reception staff not helpful or bothered regarding a possible refund - they were also not particularly welcoming Overall for price paid it was ok

L’hotel è situato in una zona super centrale (5 minuti a piedi dal Chew Jetty, 10 minuti da Armenian Street). Le stanze non sono enormi, se si hanno bagagli un po’ grandi c’è difficoltà a capire dove collocarle. Per dare un’ulteriore idea degli spazi ridotti non c’è nemmeno un armadio. Un’altra pecca è il fatto che il bagno non abbia una finestra ma una ventola, infatti quando si entra in camera si sente odore di umido. Ciononostante è un hotel che va più che bene, qui in Malesia ho visto stanze peggiori è decisamente più sporche. Il Rate è pulito ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per non farsi mancare nulla. I ragazzi della reception sono tutti gentilissimi e super disponibili. Lo consiglio per un breve soggiorno a George Town.

J'ai réservé la veille, Duplex Suite Premium à prix imbattable, sans fenêtre certes, mais vraiment ravi de mes 2 nuits, confort, luxe, cadre, propreté, tout y est... Assez bien placé dans la vieille ville, l'extérieur de l'établissement ne paie pas de mine, une fois passé la porte d'entrée, c'est un ravissement, couloirs avec parquet ciré, ma suite est au 1er étage; au niveau inférieur, petite kitchenette, évier, frigo, tabourets, salle de bain de style avec douche; au niveau supérieur, belle décoration de la chambre à coucher, bureau, escalier un peu raide... Climatiseur à chaque niveau, wifi bien, par contre pas vu de coffre. Restaurant dans un cadre élégant, mais je n'y ai pas mangé.

Hello, Extremely disappointed for my stay. There were a number of issues that occurred that should be basic procedures at a hotel. 1. Prior to coming to the property I requested some tourism information for a cooking class or food tour. I was told that the hotel could not recommend anything. 2. Arriving at the hotel I requested whether there was laundry facilities on site or if the staff could help me find one. They did not help me and said there isn’t one on site. 3. The overhead shower head did not work in my room and the clasp for the lower one was Brocken. 4. I placed the ‘please tidy the room’ sign on my room door after my second night at 8:30am on my return in the evening - the room had not been cleaned. House keeping had not entered my room. I then went to the front desk to ask for a room change - the staff member said he did not know how to do that. I asked for fresh towels - I was given stained towels. I then asked for another towel and was given one - however I do question to the cleanliness. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and my stay was not comfortable. I asked on a number of occasions for help and was not given any. I will not be recommending this hotel.
