工作人員比較少，早餐一般。重點是他的洗浴備品非常差，都已經是1000多塊的房費竟然都是用瓶子去裝其他的散裝產品，建議自己帶。酒店外觀挺漂亮。去旅遊景點都在附近很方便走路都會到。

比較精緻的一個酒店，房間不大，無邊泳池出片還可以，早餐品種比較少！酒店地理位置不錯，去哪裡都比較方便！

The Prestige Hotel is one of the very interesting hotels that we have stayed in. The staff explained how the design elements of the shower room came about and also the corridor walkway. I shall not disclose the information till you stayed in this hote. Overall, the location is good, and the hotel is comfy. We arrived early, but they allowed us to check in early as it's my birthday. The staff also send in-room a cake. Nice gestures and friendly staff. My son wasn't well and rested in the room. Upon hearing that, one of the female staff offered to deliver porridge to his room. Such great service. Thanks to all the staff, we had a great stay in Penang.

價格不算便宜的酒店 每個樓層的視覺晚上看上去有點陰森 房間空間不算大 但是衞生還算乾淨 但是空調冷氣不足 温度打不下來 房間有直飲水還算方便 有贈送飲料 去泳池需要走到一樓去西面 不是很方便 整體性價比一般 周邊選擇很多

2月18入住了這裡，住了三晚，整體體驗不錯的！ 地點：從機場坐grab到酒店只要大概30分鐘車程，附近就是姓氏橋、小印度，步行5分鐘就到達娘惹博物館。另外走10分鐘左右就到檳城渡輪碼頭，可以坐渡輪往返Butterworth 火車站。就算晚上10點多回酒店也是安全的，整體來說是挺方便 房間：我們住的是雙床房，在酒店最高的4樓，房間整潔寬敞，裝潢走的現代輕奢風。設備齊全，床舖都很舒服。廁所和淋浴室是分開的，和友人可以同時分開使用😂浴室用品都一應俱全。房間冷氣很足，不怕會悶熱。窗外會看見旁邊建築的鐘塔，除此之外沒有什麼特別景色。少少希望可以搭配藍芽鬧鐘可以播音樂。 服務：這裡每個職員都很友善，每個都會笑容滿面的打招呼，在前台問路都很熱心地提供協助。不論入住和退房都很迅速完成。入住還有迎賓飲品可以在酒店餐廳憑券換取 設施：四樓有個小小的健身室和無邊際泳池，泳池本身不大，但是風景不錯的。地下一層會有茶飲店，咖啡店和便利店。
