Location is good. Aircon is not cool enough as my wife said. Service is ok.

非常滿意，前台服務熱情，門衞小哥温文爾雅，很有禮貌，房間舒適。酒店位置很好，對面就是姓氏橋，後面就是壁畫街，步行可到老城區主要目的地，實在太方便了。

I really enjoyed my stay at the Savv. The room was very comfortable and I slept well. They have a decent breakfast and are situated in the old town section of the city with lots of great restaurantsin walking distance or a short drive away.. There is a lot to see there, and the proximity to the waterfront gives the hotel a serene quality.

Walkable from the ferry port and into the old town. Minimalist hotel with a tinypool, the size as hot tub. Friendly staff and clean room..

房間雖然不大，但非常乾淨，春節期間費用也合適。附近有很多景點和餐廳攤販。若下次來檳城還會選擇這家。nice

A lovely modern hotel situated on the seafront of Georgetown. Reception very helpful on arrival and departure. Looked after bags whilst we did our tour of Penang Hills and temples

Amazing & unique hotel right next to Jetty, Pangkalan Weld bus terminal. Thus, super convenient and easy to get to and from (M1) Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Pulau Pinang of PEN {NOTE: THIS IS THE BUS STOP FOR 401/401E to route to, do not select PEN as Google Maps/Moovit completely be confused and give you bad routing info). Also, super convenient since this is where the beginning/end stops for CAT Free Shuttle bus, run by the Georgetown Municipality, for majority of tourist locations/high traffic areas around Georgetown. This is much better than Komtar station, which can be kinda sketchy. A cabin room for 1 person was very nice & spacious, with all applicable amenities (rainfall shower with door, a bed side small table, mounted TV that can rotate, mini-fridge). Staff are SUPER FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING, a complementary postcard was a fun gift. Also, very helpful when advising on getting around, where is the Georgetown tourism center, etc... Room service was prompt as room was remade/cleaned & towels replenished. Themed pool and sun deck were a nice feature for the very hot days to cool off & relax; can't really swim. However, if wanting solo IG/Social Media pictures expected it to rarely be empty since most guests are there. Only minor things: the main light switches are in a weird location, right next to the bed side instead of near the front entrance/main wall. Overall, highly recommend, especially if you can grab it at a promo night rate. 👍

位置很好， 鄰近景點步行可達，房間很整潔，唯一缺點是隔音，天光會傳來樓上的水聲，所有職員包括前台，服務員都很友善。

I chose to stay at Savv Hotel because my trip mainly involved staying for one night before taking the ferry to the opposite side, so the location was super convenient. Upon check-in, however, we had a bit of a rough start. We got caught in the rain and arrived drenched, and while we were waiting to check in, the process felt a bit slow. We ended up standing around for a while before receiving our room card, which left us standing in our wet clothes for longer than expected. The front desk at Savv Hotel operates only from 8am to 11pm. This limited window is inconvenient if you need to check out before 8am, as you’ll have to wait for a staff to process the check-out and return the RM200 deposit that was collected at check-in. As for the breakfast, I wouldn't recommend including it in your stay unless you're in a rush like we were. We opted for it because we needed to check out early and head straight to the jetty. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at, the breakfast here was underwhelming. It only started at 7:30am, and there was just one staff attending to everything. The food selection was quite limited: it was a self-service buffet with breads, 5-6 packets of nasi lemak, and only one food container with a cover inside there were scrambled eggs, sausages, breakfast beans, and small portions of vegetables, then no more, a few CNY mandarins, tiny bottles of milk, juice, and a small amount of cereal, yogurt, coffee. It was enough to get by, but definitely nothing to rave about.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, um Georgetown zu erkunden. Die Innenstadt mit Little India, die Fähre und auch Chew Jetty sind wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück wurde hinter dem Hotel, im Freien, aufgebaut. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Pool. Der Service war herzlich.

Clean, centrally located near Chew Jetty in Georgetown and comes with free parking. I’m incredibly satisfied with this room and hotel.

酒店在姓周橋旁邊，房間乾淨寬敝，周邊吃飯的地方挺多，離藝術街也很近，晚上睡覺很安靜。

酒店服務非常好，有會中文的工作人員，前台雖然不會漢語，但態度很好，很貼心地提醒提前退房，門衞小哥主動幫忙拿行李，酒店房間很大，熱水很好，酒店還有游泳池和小花園，在躺椅上曬太陽非常舒服，酒店附近很多吃的，大排檔和餐館、超市應有盡有，還有一個串串兒攤也非常好吃，孩子特別喜歡，以後再來還會選擇這個酒店。
