Hotel Waterfall arvostelua

Love the wonderful helpdesk, a guy with great attitude and warming. Room was quite spacious for a budget hotel. Parking available.

位置很好，可是衞生狀況和基礎設施有點差強人意，床單黃色還有味道。凳子事壞的，水是黃色的有鐵銹的味道。

The service for room cleaning is bad, otherwise 👍🏻.

The hotel is clean, food is reasonably good. Very comfortable to stay in after a long day.

Nice hotel

Our Aircon was not working, so happily we were moved to another room, we did not get to return to the room we paid for. The room was advertised as Smoking Permitted but on arrival this was not the case and had not been for 4 years. We paid a high price for this room, and I had located 4 other Hotels, this was disappointing. The staff and Manager were very helpful and ordered Taxi's for us this was appreciated. Breakfast was supplied by a Restaurant down the road and not at the Hotel, there was a disparity between what we paid for breakfast at the Hotel and the Cost at the Restaurant. There was quite a bit of Traffic Noise. We enjoyed our stay, but not Penang due to social rules, for tourists on holiday.

2 night at Hotel Waterfall Air condional at first room not working, then the counter agrees to change a new one for us, but the air conditional leaking

A hassle-free stay for three nights in comfort at reasonable price. Picked this hotel for convenience being within walking distance to the Youth Park where an event was held. Meals are available at nearby cafes with the nearest just below the hotel rooms. A food court catering for dinner is also within walking distance.
