Very nice ambience, the location is also surroinded with mini mart and restaurant, its near the times squware so you can just walk nearby if you want to buy something

The washroom was terrible especially the curtains at the bathtub area was very very disgusting and made me feel like vomiting. Each time I check in here the same problem toilets and washroom are so dirty but this stay was the worst. I have not taken any picture bcz even I don’t feel like having the pictures in my phone . Worst experience. I rather be without using the washroom at all .

Quiet and nice stay. Bathtub bathrooms were a good idea for couples / well not bad enjoyed the stayed well with my husband

除了小一點，其他的沒什麼毛病。推薦

設施：設施很一般，裸漏的電線都在外面，不知道咋評論； 衞生：很差，不是一般的差，大家看看我拍的照片就行了； 服務：基本沒有什麼服務可言； 衹能説我住這麼多酒店以來，最差的酒店！沒有之一！

Hotel check-in was smooth, staff is very polite. Everything is provided, including toothpaste n brush, Kettle n coffee, tea, but no fridge. Aircon is cold. Bed is firm n had a gd sleep. Overall, worth it. Thanks alot.

Unfortunately, Apple Times Square, giving your front house staff nice new red jackets do not make up for good manners and basic customer service. When i informed Mr Khan that the executive suite was dirty with other peoples' hair, he stated that next time I should book a better hotel! Indeed!! Wonderful advert for your hotel, Apple! Congratulations....

服務很好，定位準確

The place seemed to run down without a proper Maintainence since my last visit a year ago. My room could be open from outside. The water is leaking. After my complained, they changed me to a diff room and it’s still the same. Worse the toned towel. When they took my identification card during checked in and didn’t return to me until the next morning when I asked abt it . It was a bad experience
