The hotel looks like a dump from the outside but once inside it has a very interesting character and feel. Rooms were comfortable - loft style - and air con worked well which is important. The bad thing is that upon arrival the hotel is basically shuttered and locked up. This is a self service style kinda place. You are asked to call a number which we did and was told to wait 2 minutes for someone to let you in. We had to wait 30 minutes before he ever arrived. Don't lie to me like that! I would've been happy to wait 30 minutes at the coffee shop across the street had you told me 30 minutes instead of waiting like vagrants on the street. If you dont know how to run a business or treat customers with a modicum of respect then ask Singapore how to do it because Malaysia doesn't have a clue. Oh, and please Cecilia Chong, Operation Manager, do not respond to this review with your copy paste reply that you will improve your services. Count the number of reviews prior to mine that have complained about this very same thing and obviously nothing was done. You don't care. Not returning - not worth the aggravation.
