Great location near to Gurney plaza and Gurney Paragon. Excellent service, amazing room and the best part is you can take the buggy to go shopping even though it’s a short 3 mins walk. We booked the executive premiere room to accommodate an extra bed, it comes with access to the exclusive club at level 24, including complementary cocktails and snacks from 6-8pm. The view up at Gravity is spectacular! Will go there again.

Ghotel-kelawai selalu menjadi pilihan jika berlibur ke Penang. Lokasi strategis dekat mall Gurney dan Paragon. Jika lelah berjalan ke gurney mall kita bisa menggunakan fasilitas buggy car yang tersedia di depan hotel. Selalu nyaman tinggal di hotel ini, kamar luas dan bersih. Service room nya best selalu menyediakan air mineral lebih 👍

Location was great. Buggy service was thoughtful . Breakfast variety was quite good. But I can’t imagine such a nice hotel using such worn out towels . Not just 1 face towel even the bath towels are all very worn out dirty looking not white in colour. The hair dryer was full of dust not cleaned before . Should look into these issues as it really affect the imagine of the hotel.

體驗很不錯的酒店 就在商場旁邊 基本一站式都能搞定 去george town 打個車 15分鐘左右 還算可以接受 mini bar的飲料都不錯 泳池體驗也不錯 除了去的路會比較擁堵 可以接受

酒店很棒，樓下就有兩家大商場，服務也很好，出入酒店小黑都會來打招呼，幫忙開車門，辦理入住的時候還有可愛的雪糕免費品嚐，不過白天都在外，在酒店的時間太少，沒有來得及享受健身設施和泳池。早餐也很棒，主要是馬來風味和西式風味早餐

G Hotel Kelawai is an excellent choice for a stay in Penang. The location is perfect, conveniently near the big shopping mall Gurney Plaza. We were greeted with a welcome ice cream upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, always greeting us warmly when we returned to the hotel. We requested extra water, and it was delivered promptly. Overall, a fantastic experience—great job, G Hotel Kelawai!
