Complaint against the Hotel which collected extra charges of twenty Malaysian ringgit (RM20.00). Such charges should have been collected by ******* when I booked the hotel room.
Complaint against ******* which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email.
Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel.
The Hotel is unreasonable.
