nice boutique hotel. near with all attractions and eateries. helpful receptionist.

The hotel room was extremely filthy, and when I asked the staff to change my room, they told me there were no other rooms available. However, when I demanded a refund, they suddenly offered to change my room. The new room was better than the previous one, but there were bugs in the bed.

It was good and convenient. I like everythjng. Recommended and it was a good stay.

Nice location, but room size small. Not all PowerPoint are functioning. Toilet no place to hang cloth or towel. No privacy for the toilet. Unknown hole on the ceiling. Door curtains with stains look dirty.

充分なクオリティだと思います。 スタッフさんも親切です。 徒歩でジョージタウンの名所は網羅できる位置で非常に便利でした！ 古い建物ですが、中は綺麗にリフォームしてあります。 冷蔵庫が無いのと、2階の部屋だった場合、エレベーターが無いので荷物が大きくて思いスーツケースなどは運ぶの大変です。

酒店位置尚可，設施簡陋，房間佈局不好，裝修老舊，窗子是封閉的，看不到街外，淋浴還沒有熱水。

Clean and cozy room, but not spacious. We dont spend much time in the hotel so it was bearable for us. Great location, walking distance to various food courts and tourist attractions. Nice, friendly staff they have. One downside of this hotel is their bathroom. It is small. The shower area and toilet is not seperated, as well as the basin. That takes us time when getting ready to go out. The whole bathroom will be wet after shower, even the floor outside the bathroom is wet after shower, bcuz the shower head were too close to the door.

Location good for traveller

First enter the room definitely unpleasant experience with the floor with spot of water and like not clean at all. Inside the dustbin has dirty water and smells. As the lock, can see broken and not feel safe at all. After that, I request to change the room and seems ok.

Bathroom is glass window with curtain. Even so curtain can’t fully close the entire glass window. Entered the room and killed 2 mosquitoes. Poor soundproof. Can hear cars on the street and people walking in the hallways.

Great Hotel! Cleanliness is good. Level one could be pretty noisy at night

The location is very convenient within George Town, but the beddings had spots, were too old, and need to be changed with new ones.
