Hotel was nice and clean.

Very clean and cozy room. Friendly staff. Location is perfect as well near to everything.

酒店雖然很久了，但依然很新，整體很舒服，第二次入住，還是沒讓我失望，床不會太硬，房間很乾凈，時間到了也不會催退房，地點很好很方便

Nice place! Easy to access. You can take bus from airport. (102) and there is food street nearby and not far from landmark place. Room is small but enough for solo traveller, and tidy and clean.

非常滿意的一次經歷。酒店裝修還比較新，很乾凈整潔。出行和購物都很方便。以後有機會去檳城還會選擇這家。

Zoom Hotel is a new hotel, good facilities and location. easy to access everywhere, nearby a lot of food court and restaurant. will come again next time visit Penang.

Ample sapce with convenience/ functional life style surrounding can easily satisfied your visiting, dining and leisure activities. Especially for the fantastic reception staff service attitude, while I had my flight arrival in the very early morning and at hotel at 10:00am, the friendly receptionist provided early check in for me rest....its very kind to the client's need...will have it in my next trip

I like the location of this hotel; it is in Georgetown, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room is a decent size, and the cleanliness is acceptable. Overall, it offers good value for money.
