The room was great, spacious enough for four people. The location was excellent as well. I loved how the building had a vintage charm yet was well-maintained in terms of hygiene. However, the pillows had a sticky smell, which I believe was due to an improper drying process that resulted in a musty, moldy odor—something unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Additionally, one shot of Baileys shouldn’t cost *48 MYR*; that price is far too expensive.

What a lovely hotel! Old world charm, yet modern & classy. Had a wonderful spacious room. Bed is lush and comfortable. Wished the shower room is alot wider. Will be back here in my next trip!

good location to kimberly street. easy access with affordable grab rides in penang. The grab cars are small though.

酒店地點很好 就在古城的中心 隨時下去 city walk 就可以。有游泳池， 珍珠套房樓下的洗手間有螞蟻。

1. 套房房間很大，二層有電視、床、衣櫃、衞生間、洗漱、淋浴和浴缸，完全可以作為一個單獨的房間了。一層是電視、沙發、衞生間、洗漱這些，也很寬敞。 2. 房間很乾凈，游泳池7:00-21:00開放，而且水特別乾淨，酒店工作人員的態度也很好。 3. 酒店裝修很不錯，現代的同時也有很多歷史老物件。周邊吃的東西特別多，很方便。 4. 不過飲用水要到那層走廊上接水點自己接。

酒店位置優越，遊覽喬治城基本可以用步行。酒店建築和內部裝飾很有歷史特點，展示了華人當年下南洋奮鬥的歷程，讓人心生感慨。前台的Winkg很漂亮，聰明伶俐，服務很貼心。另外一個小胖妞就實在不怎麼樣。幫開門和拿行李的服務生都有温暖的笑容，檳城就以這樣的可愛留在了印象裏

深夜到達辦理入住很順利，酒店餐廳的一位男生工作人員很友好，主動提供服務，每天也會友好的問好，酒店地理位置位於市中心，距離張弼士故居一些熱門景點很近，但是因為對面是夜店，一到晚上音樂震動噪音非常明顯，對於睡眠質量不好的人來説很不友好。
