Amazing Is very good I so like this hotel Out standing

Check in need to queue up so long even booking from online apps. It's better print out a confirmation and do self check in with the qiosk provided. Check in need to pay another RM15 for queue up at the counter. So tiring of waiting to check in. Room have very basic things, and recommended that you bring own slipper and tooth brush.

酒店地理位置優越，坐纜車上來也很方便，周假適逢與家人前來度假。和家人住的這幾天都很舒服。下次一定會再回來！

Location: Near the malls (Sky Avenue Complex, First World Complex, First World Plaza). Just that Tower 3 is further in from the main lobby. Just wished there are staircases available for use. Sometimes, the lift is just too slow. Amenities: Hotel way too small, even with the Y5 Double bed room. *Light sleepers take note: the toilet sink light will remain ON, there is no way to switch the lights off. I suggest you bring a dark clothing, long enough to cover the light area (or you bring duct tape) *Also note, if you purchase breakfast set from Trip.com and decided to self check in using the kiosk, pls remind yourself not to type in any quantity when they ask for breakfast, you will get double charged. * If you are getting additional room key as well, do know you need to pay extra tourism tax since they need one more passport for the room key. Its non-refundable, and they never explain this in fine print. *For breakfast, you need to queue outside the First World Hotel lobby near Starbucks, make sure you go to the Shuttle Van that goes to HIGHLANDS HOTEL. After you alight at HIGHLANDS HOTEL you need to walk ~5 mins to Genting Grand Hotel, go inside to Coffee Terrace. Thats where the buffet is. Otherwise all ok.
