這個酒店是誰訂誰後悔，訂酒店前一定要看評論。後悔原因如下: 1. 辦理酒店入住check in在另外一個地方，距離酒店大概2公里，酒店在半山腰上，荒郊野嶺的；如果是第一次去根本不知道，幸虧Grab司機師傅去過給了額外的費用（原本打車的目的地是酒店）人家才肯幫忙帶過去又帶回來，要是走路去就更慘了，因為這兩公里路上有幾個工地，工地門口有狗。 2. 辦理入住要排隊，很長的隊伍，不懂英文的就更慘了。 3. 酒店不提供牙膏、牙刷、拖鞋、飲用水，要自備。 4. 房間裏一股發黴的味道。 5. 房間門沒有隔音功能，外面走廊的聲音聽得一清二楚，晚上一兩點還有人在説話，早上五六點就開始吵。 6. 樓上小孩跑來跑去的聲音，拖椅子的聲音都聽得一清二楚，總之就是很吵，根本睡不好。 7. 熱水不行，水喉開大點就衹剩下冷水沒有熱水了，想要水熱一點，出水變得很細，想洗個痛快澡那是不可能的事。 8. 因為酒店在半山腰上，周圍沒有便利店或是吃飯的地方，唯一有吃飯的地方是隔壁酒店一層有個餐廳，衹能去那裡解決吃飯問題。 9. 訂單不能取消，酒店的電話永遠打不通，讓提供牙膏牙刷拖鞋那是不可能的事。 10. 酒店其實是在一個小區裏，應該是叫民宿，不是酒店，設施比較老舊，門上的防盜扣都掉了。 以上，讓整個旅行體驗感都變差了，千萬不要訂這個鬼地方。

Booked 2 units of 2 bedrooms. 1 unit only has 1 air con. The location pin in trip.com and actual location is different. The road leading to the condo is bumpy and rough due to many construction around the area. So do take note.

Room is ok, only no toilet papers.. there’s a cafe and restaurant but they closed around 7pm. Service 3 stars because late reply from owner, waited 1.5hour for check in.

Far from down town area. Get taxi too long and expensive.

Terrible check in experience. VERY slow and unprofessional. Check in process itself took 1 hour. Room was very dusty and not at all suitable especially if travelling with children/babies. Disappointing 👎🏼

Road to location flooded during heavy rain. View was construction site. The room was good.

bilik selesa,view lawa cuma kaki saya yang panjang or katil tuu yang sedikit kecik sebab kaki terkeluar sikit but soo far memangg nice gilerr, very recommend for family

Self check-in a bit hard to do for ke, is not easy without go to the reception counter, all facilities was good, the room is big can put 4 person with 2 queen bed, have living room and television.

Very nice, appreciate the a/c , hall & bed clean, bathroom a little dirty, some spots on the floor, otherwise room is simply beautiful, would be great if there were some chair at the balcony 😅

Tower 2 building very rundown. Our unit located at Tower 2, but parking needs to go at Tower 3. It is inconvenient if go holiday with family especially got elders and young kids with all the luggage. some more the parking at Tower 3 Level 2 is really scary as no lights.... In the house, missing kettle and frying pans.
