Beautiful and spacious room! Like the amenities kit and the view out of the bed it’s really nice. Ordered their room service , had a great time here

1st time staying in this 5 star hotel. Really appreciate that the team have arrange a beautiful Anniversary decorations. Hotel is near casino & lot of restaurants. Great location.

不愧是馬來西亞唯一一家福布斯五星酒店，很贊，躺在房間的大床上，正面就是大大的落地窗，窗外的風景就像是住在雲層之上，服務也很好，歡迎水果和小甜品台很精緻，每天晚間打掃還會放兩粒馬卡龍，體驗感不錯，下次來雲頂還會選擇康樂福

The room comes with a stunning view! We love it! It is very spacious and sparkling clean! We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff are friendly and helpful too! This is the first time we encounter a bathroom with sauna facility!

Service and room was awesome. Other than the fact that we did not know how to on the room’s heater and we were freezing when we needed to get out of bed for toilet in the middle of the night, everything else was awesome.
