服務很好有24小時櫃枱，但是停車場很遠還要到回去酒店給tng才不用給停車費，這裏吃東西也很貴，訂酒店就便宜.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Plus - heated pool -air conditioner can be controlled Cons -toilet stench was strong when I checked in -even though I drive, it was difficult to drive in fog and at night. Road should have more lamps -hotel reception in different building as rooms. Confusing -no towels provided for pool Overall ok for the price paid

A good play for staycation and short vacation in Genting. The staff is very helpful as they showing me the self check-in kiosk and directions to my room. During the check-out, i left my jacket in the room, they allow me to retrieve it again.

Not a bad hotel ! It's very cosy just a lack of eating place .. you need to pay 7 RM per pax to go to the top to eat. Other than that it is a good place to stay There is also of house keeping they came at 10pm trying to keep the place clean

Thanks for the free upgrade. Everything was great. However, upon check in we found a few used tissue paper just besides the bed. Hope that the housekeeping team can do more thorough cleaning when customer check out.

Booked the wrong date and contacted both Trip.com and the hotel immediately. Trip.com was very helpful, but the hotel strictly refused any changes or refunds. Tried calling the reception multiple times, but no one answered. Disappointed with the hotel’s service—make sure to double-check your booking before confirming.

50 to upgrade to Wyndham hotel next door. Very new and the stay was indeed pleasant 😃 check in around 11.30 pm, staff was there, best services, the view spectacular, breakfast is buffet, worth it.
